Visited July 25th 2024 Yum yum yum! This was some good poke, though if you do a yelp check in and they offer a coupon, the actual restuarnt might not know about it. The staff that helped me with it were still very sweet and gave me the free drink, but were def confused on why yelp was offering coupons. It is connected to another business, a pizza business I think, and so it was a bit confusing where to enter. Outside of that it was some legit good poke in the town of El Paso. Ordered from door dash, 2 large bowls. Missing PAID for toppings, and regular toppings on BOTH bowls . Receipt attached confirmed missing items. On bowl had mangos sprinkled in there, which none of us ordered ( ones allergic, luckily we could just pick them out). Fish was good. read more

1. There was only 1 worker in the front making orders and phone/pickup orders, I feel bad for her. I didn't get her name but she should have had some help. 2. Because she was alone I waited in line for 10 minutes while my family is on the other side almost finished with their meal. 3. Fish quality was good, flavor was ok. I mean, it's a franchise and poke in the middle of the desert. So my expectations were low. I enjoyed having so many options to be able to customize my bowl and not get a standard chain, over-sauced poke. The Musubi was good, but a little heavy in the rice. The poke was evenly sauced, and mixins were good too. Rice-to-toppings ratio was leaning on the rice side too much, but I'm okay with that, I love rice. read more

Ordered from Uber Eats. Had a few minor issues in the past, but today was just terrible. The small container was only half full for a 3 PROTEIN LARGE. Missing a bunch of ingredients. No seaweed salad for sure. They must have used teaspoons for the toppings. Unreal. I love this chain but this location has consistently been bad. read more

I would rate this lower, but I actually love the food. I HATE the service at this location. If you want Pokéworks GO TO MESA LOCATION! They are short staffed and the staff that are working do not know the menu. Today when I went they brought over a worked from pieology to help and he had no idea what he was doing. I kept having to remind them that my order was a menu item so it listed its ingredients. I also had to keep asking for more than one or two pieces of each ingredient since I'm paying 10.50$ for a regular portion. Then when I was getting ready to pay I asked for a water cup and the worker tried to charge me for it. I don't know that I will return to this location unless they hire more workers and they acquire better knowledge of the menu. read more

This location used to be so good. I've been a repeat customer for years but this is my fourth time I leave scratching my head on why I didn't go elsewhere. Today, the rice was super dry, all the fixings where in the middle of the "burrito", and the ahi was warm! Its good. We had the poke burrito i had the pokebowl. Good desserts , they even have poke salad as choice. Also liked the sweet tea and coco mango hoopla its adjacent to pieology for the kids with build your own pizza. Clean modern restaurant. read more

I hate to not give such a good review because in the past, I have had very good experiences. For some reason, every time one certain employee "helps" me, she always seems to not do my bowl correctly or is too lazy to go check if there are more ingredients in the back. On Saturday, she claimed they were out of a certain ingredient and didn't bother checking. Other employees that have helped have always let me know it'll b a short wait which I do not mind at all. This is the third time she makes my bowl and does this. She isn't very friendly either. read more

I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews but I am so annoyed with this place. I ordered to pick up through Uber eats at 7:18PM and It said my order would be ready by 7:35PM So we head on down there, we got to the place at around 7:50pm (they close at 9pm) and they tell my husband they are out of white rice. They didn't even tell him if he would wait a few minutes so they can make some rice, no they just decided not to make more rice. I ordered with plenty of time ahead and they just waisted my time. Employees are lazy and always have a bad attitude, like they are doing you a favor. I've given this place plenty of chances but this just makes me not want to come back. read more

Went in for a salmon and shrimp bowl (like I always do) and asked for it to be torched. And the the girl at the register and said "sorry so we can't torch the food!" I asked why since I always get it torched and both girls smirked and said "sorry we are not 18 and can't torch things" and laughed. I love the food but the service can be better!! read more

I've never been to Poke Works before, didn't really know how it worked. The physical set up had me at least 8 feet away from the worker, with her mask I couldn't hear her over the loud music. Requested a spicy ginger bowl, they didn't have 2 ingredients cilantro and won tons, the young lady putting it together told me that after she had started and needed to add them. She didn't provide any suggestions. Asked to make it a combo they didn't have chips which they told me after I paid. Had to go back for my drink there was no ice. I know it's a new location but they need a lot more training. Don't see me going there or another location the food wasn't that great. Picked out pieces of chicken that was eatable. read more

Wasn't to thrill over the quality of the fish. The prices are to high for what you get. The lady waiting on us had gloves on and kept them on while handling dirty things and went back to making food with same gloves on. She was the only one with gloves on. That made me wonder what was wrong with her hands. Bathrooms were dark and hard to see if toilet seats were clean. The employees had dangling bracelets on which can cause dirt to get into food.
