They have a huge selection of fresh proteins to choose from. I highly recommend the spicy tuna; it had a really nice kick to it that I absolutely loved! ​My favorite thing overall, though, was the massive variation of sauces. It was such a pleasant surprise to see so many creative flavor profiles available, which isn't always the case at build-your-own bowl restaurants. I ordered the 2 scoop bowl with half sushi rice and half salad. As you can see in my picture it was more than enough food for me. My favorite was the marinated tuna I also had salmon but it would be nice if they also had a marinated salmon because the flavor was just so good. The scoop of crab isn't counted in your 2 proteins so that's really nice. They really load up your bowl and the sauces are really good too. The service was very friendly and the place is nice and clean. Second time here and enjoyed the Poke again! Got a double Ahi Tuna bowl and it did not disappoint. The fish was pretty fresh and the toppings here really stood out. One thing I did notice was that the sushi rice wasn't as tasty as last time but it was still okay. We got a milk tea since it was pretty hot and surprisingly it was solid as well! I work in the Mission Grove Plaza and needed a which lunch spot. I'm so glad Poke lounge is in this Plaza next to Stater Bros. Parking is easy peazy. I came on a Saturday late afternoon for lunch. There was one couple ahead of us. Staff was apologetic for the wait. I love a good poke bowl where you add whatever you want. My bowl was falling over with all the toppings! I loved my poke tuna. Overall, this was just okay. My wife had a poke craving so we decided to just come here and order togo. The prices were basically OC prices so it can be a little higher than your typical $10-15 meal. The 3 scoop bowl came out to be around $19. The portion size was fair but we did have to use the restroom a lot after eating. The salmon and shrimp were fine but the ahi tuna was somewhat questionable. The sushi rice was just plain rice and it was kind of cold and lumpy. The toppings were great though and I love the selections you can do when you put an online order. When picking up, the staff were super nice, and it was clean inside. Since this is the only poke place basically closest to our area, we'll probably be here time to time, but comparing to other poke places in socal, I can't say I would totally recommend this place. read more

After stumbling upon this place, we instantly fell in love with the vibes of the restaurant. It is such a cute and cozy place for people to hang out, chat, and just have a good time -- even if it's not busy, the environment is just so inviting. When we first walked in, we were greeted right away and the people working had no problems helping us with any questions we had. One of the workers even let us try a piece of their flavored tuna (SO GOOD!). They also offer to mix the protein & toppings/dressings together which was really cool. The food itself was pretty good. Went here today after a delivery I had. The service I will say is spectacular everyone there was so nice and greeted when I came in. The ambiance was very clean and didn't have any signs of uneasiness. The food is where I would say is a bit lacking, I did read previous reviews saying that the fish was too fishy. I wouldn't agree with that but the salmon was on the older side due to the sliminess and the workers immediately removing and replacing after. The sauces I got were the poke sweet and spicy which was not spicy at all. The sauces there were very non saucy. I would give the food a 5/10 due to the fish issues and sauce. UPDATE: Wrote a review yesterday giving 4 stars (see og review below this paragraph), but since then, I had been non-stop using the restroom if you know what i mean. Within a couple of hours...i've since kept having to go. Super disappointed. Might've been the funky marinated tuna i was saying or the salad....ugh. Now that I think about it, the tuna did have more of a fishy aftertaste. Sad. Again, they just opened for the day, maybe things were leftovers from the previous day. Hopefully, they improve their ingredients & that this doesn't happen to anyone else!!! OG initial review: Pretty good I think. Maybe the best poke in Riverside! Got the 3 scoop bowl which was on the pricier side for about 17.99 since I used uber eats. But you do feel pretty full after eating it and can possibly save some for a later meal too, so then not bad for price. They pack it well and don't seem to skimp out on the ingredients. I got 2 scoops salmon and tried the marinated tuna which the latter was ok. The tuna perhaps didn't taste as fresh? But it was still fine to eat. The sushi rice didn't taste as it should, just like regular rice....I did pick up around time of opening. Maybe I'll try the other seafood options next time! O how I love Poké, let me count the ways! Let me start by saying this place is super clean, trendy & service was nice. Proteins seem fresh & well stocked. If you're new to the poke world, this is a great (expensive) place to start. I am always drawn to poke places with quinoa (& kale noodles, but none here). The marinated proteins looked good, but I stick to what I know my 1st time around: salmon, ahi & crawfish. Everything green for the mix-ins, except that weird, sugary seaweed salad. (I don't get it.) Spicy mayo is extra mayo-y, no actual flavor & not much spice. House sauce flavor didn't even come thru in my bowl for me to comment. Avocado was not ripe. Jalapeños were spice-spicey! Wasabi was not. I don't understand how just plain miso soup is $3 but "loaded" with tofu & green onions is $6.50? I finished my food (I always do, I'm from a different era;), especially $29 later. As a self-proclaimed poke connoisseur, this will probably only be a place I come back to if I'm in the area & extra pressed for a healthy option. read more

I'd been wanting to try this place out and it did not disappoint! It's a small place right between Stater Bro's and the Pilates studio. When I walked it, it had a fresh modern feel, was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also have online ordering available, which I always love for a local pick up place. Everything was fresh, and had great flavor! I went with a bowl of half sushi rice (perfectly cooked) and half salad (mixed greens). I added marinated tuna (I wish it didn't have the edamame added into it since I like that as a topping) and spicy tuna (I think it's the perfect level of spice for everyone too - great flavor but not overly done, since you can always add more heat later) , and topped it with: spicy imitation crab (also loved the spice level here), edamame, carrots, cucumbers, seaweed salad, green onion, cilantro, masago. Over the top I chose their sweet sesame house dressing and a bit of spicy mayo (such a good flavor combination of the two sauces together) and then a bit of sesame seeds. And, since I'm a sucker for anything coffee and/or Ube flavored - I had to grab a cappuccino macron with ice cream in it, and a little container of Ube ice cream.
