They handled the situation really well and were very kind to me when it was my turn. Customer service goes both ways. The team didn't deserve the tone they were given, and I think they did their best to accommodate her while still following closing procedures. When I ordered, everything was made correctly and the staff was friendly. The only thing I noticed was that they were starting to clean up since it was close to closing time, which is pretty normal for any business. Overall, my experience was positive and I'll definitely continue coming here.

You can see from the pictures that it looks like a typical açaí bowl, but it didn't taste like one. The fruits were delicious very fresh, but the rest was made from an açaí protein powder, water and ice and there were big ice chunks still in the "bowl" which made it strange to eat. Definitely tastes healthy, but unlike any açaí bowl I've ever had. The owner said she offers HIIT classes three days a week when I asked about the gym equipment along one wall. The location is across the street from a busy recreation park so it's open early starting at 630 am, closed for the heart of the afternoon then open again in the evenings. Lots of tables and chairs with the main part of the floor left open for the thrice weekly classes. Lots of Lego builds around from the owner's son.
