I've been a Pockets customer for more than 20 years. Service is always good and food is fresh and tasty.

Pockets is the best fresh food around. Everything on the menu tastes great and you feel even better after eating it. There ingredients just taste better than other places. Went here on a Monday evening after being ignored at the kiddy-korner restaurant Apple. Pockets was barely better, although they did not ignore us. Menu board had calzones and quoted 15 minutes ... we go up to order and are told 20-25 minutes, so we pass. Same thing for pizza. Intead we order build-your-own loaded potato and it was just ok. Barely done cooking, and served with pats of frozen butter and tubes of cold sour cream. One in our party had it with chicken and mozzarella...but the chicken was cold and rubbery while the cheese was good. With all that cold stuff the potato wasn't hot anymore even though they passed it under a broiler. The dining room was pretty nice but we shared the space with a bucket of dirty water and its mate the mop. This place could easily be much better, but they have some work to do. read more

I love Pockets, but there are a few things I would change. The dip sticks vs. the garlic dip sticks is literally just a sprinkle of garlic salt. Just get the dip sticks alone, add your own garlic salt. All of the sauces come ice cold, and aren't fresh. The marinara tastes like it's from a old 711. It basically it tomato paste. No flavor. The ranch is on point though. This restaurant used to be high quality, it is not anymore. It makes sense that numerous locations have closed. read more

I have ordered from this Pockets on Lincoln several times, but never stopped to give them a rating. The food here is always fresh and flavorful. I generally order one of their many salads, my kids get the calzones or a pocket, usually.
