The 3-year free service finally expired and this was the first time having to pay for vehicle care. Talk about sticker shock. Mariane tried her best and got me a small online discount. She called for a Lyft to take me home and back. She listened to my concerns and made sure to update me throughout the day by text and phone calls. Picked up my vehicle at the end of the day a fairly happy camper.

I need to schedule service but there are 2 outstanding recalls for my 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy. I'm trying to get an expectation on how long it will take before making an appointment as I can't just leave my car there when I have kids to drop off and pickup from school. Week 1 - called, got transferred to the service dept, left a message, no callback. Week 2 - called, spoke with receptionist, I asked some questions and she said I need to speak with a service advisor. She didn't offer to transfer me until I asked. She said someone was available now, transferred me, went to voicemail, no callback. Week 3 - receptionist answer and transferred me to voicemail. I called back and asked the receptionist if anyone was available and explained I had been calling for 2 weeks with no callback. She said everyone was busy but took down all my info (name, phone, vehicle make/model, my questions) and said she will have someone call me back. No callback. Not to mention, last year when I took it for service, the service rep told me over the phone that it should take about 20-30 minutes to complete. I took my 2 kids and we were going to wait there. When I got there, they said it would take 2.5 hours. I had to leave and reschedule.

He was so patient when we came by and test drove a car and then explained leasing questions I had. When a car caught my eye, I reached out and requested certain numbers run and he was so timely in spending the info and staying in communication. By the time my daughter and I went in to finish the deal, we had everything streamlined to get it done. He is just so patient and respectful!!! Jay: Jay in Financing was great as well. He worked with us to find the numbers that worked best for us. Jimmy: He checked in with us in the beginning, when he headed to financing and stepped out to chat was all said and done. These three I can vouch for and I thank them again for their notch service. Need a Honda? Purchase or Lease (we ended up purchasing) Nick V. is your guy!

I hadn't noticed the address change and didn't know that dealership had closed, so arriving at a Honda dealership was an unexpected surprise. From drop-off, the customer service did not meet my expectations based on my previous Acura experiences. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m. After receiving no progress update, I messaged at noon--2 1/2 hours later--only to be told my car would be ready after lunch, between 1 and 2 p.m. My advisor said there was nothing wrong with the car, they were simply busy, and this service typically takes half a day (an oil change and tire rotation). That expectation was never communicated when I booked or checked in. At 2:30 p.m., after five hours of waiting with my car still unfinished, I asked a different advisor to check on it. He was much nicer and explained that the technician working on my car is also the dispatcher and keeps getting pulled away from the service. I appreciated this advisor's kindness and clear explanation. It helped to finally understand what was causing the delay instead of simply being told it takes half a day. However, repeatedly pulling the technician away from my car has left me waiting five hours for a scheduled B16 service. I understand dealerships get busy, but customers deserve realistic completion estimates and proactive communication. While I appreciate the second advisor's help, the overall experience has been disappointing, and I plan to take my Acura elsewhere for future service.

It's rare to come across someone who combines such excellent sales skills with such a warm and personable approach. Jonathan made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. He is a tremendous asset to Chevron, and I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized. I would absolutely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. I would write individual reviews for everyone who has helped me throughout my recent vehicle…read morepurchase, but honestly, that would take forever! So I wanted to take a moment to recognize everyone at Dublin Chevrolet Cadillac who has assisted me with the purchase of my 2024 Buick Envista ST. My experience started online. I had been searching for a vehicle when I came across an Envista at Dublin Chevrolet that caught my eye in all the right ways. I reached out online to inquire about its availability and received a response from Anthony in Internet Sales, who assisted me with my initial inquiry and scheduled an appointment for me to come in the following week. Although I never had the opportunity to meet Anthony in person, I appreciated his responsiveness and assistance in getting everything started. When I arrived at Dublin Chevrolet for my appointment, I was introduced to Randy, one of the floor salespeople, who took over from there. During our conversations, I learned that Randy was fairly new to this career, but based on my experience with him, you honestly wouldn't know it. Randy took me on my test drive, answered my questions, and ultimately helped me finalize the purchase of my car. I hadn't purchased a vehicle since 2018, so naturally I had plenty of questions throughout the process. I appreciated Randy's patience, personality, and the comfortable, no-pressure interaction we had. What has impressed me even more is that Randy's assistance didn't end once the sale was completed. My Car is currently back at the dealership while several concerns are being addressed, and the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle to use while my vehicle is being serviced, which I greatly appreciate. Having transportation available has made the process much less stressful and allows the service team the necessary time to properly address my concerns. Randy has also continued to communicate with me throughout the process and even reached out over the weekend to provide me with an update on my vehicle. That kind of follow-through after the sale means a lot to me. David has also been incredibly helpful, particularly with my credit-union financing. From the beginning, it was important to me to finance through a credit union, and David worked with me to help make that happen. Even after the purchase, when I reached out looking for an update on my vehicle, he took the time to check with the service department and get information for me. I really appreciated him continuing to assist me after the sale. Eugene worked very hard on the financing side when an unexpected issue came up with my original credit-union approval. I originally came into the purchase with a credit-union preapproval at a certain %, and although my final APR ended up being slightly higher than I had hoped, I sincerely appreciate the amount of effort Eugene put into finding another financing solution and getting everything finalized. He stayed engaged and worked hard to get me the best option he could under the circumstances. I also want to recognize Moe, the Executive General Manager. When I reached out regarding my financing situation and some concerns with the vehicle, Moe responded personally and immediately involved his team. What I appreciated most was his willingness to take ownership of the situation and make it clear that he wanted the vehicle properly inspected and my concerns addressed before it was returned to me. My car is currently still with the dealership while several items are being addressed, including replacement of a windshield that had a crack evident at the time of delivery, along with some additional concerns I asked the team to inspect. Since that work is still in progress, I can't speak to the final service outcome just yet, but I can certainly acknowledge the communication, responsiveness, and attention I've received so far. No vehicle-buying experience is necessarily going to be perfect from beginning to end. For me, what says a lot about a dealership is how the people respond when something unexpected happens after the paperwork is signed. So far, Randy, David, Eugene, Moe, have continued communicating with me and working to address my concerns rather than making me feel like I was on my own after the sale. So instead of trying to write individual reviews for everyone--which really would take me forever -- I wanted to say thank you to the entire team for your patience, communication, professionalism, and continued assistance throughout this experience. I'm looking forward to getting my car back, having everything resolved, and finally being able to fully enjoy my new car!

I'm happy to wait 10 minutes for someone who can. I am not terribly upset the car I want to test drive is unavailable. It would have been nice to drive it. Or even see it. But no one bothered to show me the car. Or any car. What I am upset is that you saw I was wearing a wedding ring and asked me if all my decision makers are here. Like I need my husband's permission to buy a car (I managed to buy the last 2 without help). I doubt you would have asked my husband that if he was at the dealership. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! After having some pretty terrible car-buying experiences in the past, this was a refreshing change and easily one of the smoothest, most pleasant vehicle purchases I've ever had. The sales and finance teams were fantastic from start to finish. As a Costco Auto Program member, I received a massive discount with absolutely no haggling, which made the process so much more enjoyable and stress-free. As a first-time EV buyer, I was also able to take advantage of the MyFirstEV rebate program, which gave me an additional $3,500 off the cost of the car. What really stood out was how efficient and accommodating the entire team was. I handled 95% of the communication via email before ever stepping into the dealership. When I finally came in to pay for the car, everything was ready to go. I spent just 15 minutes in the finance office, which I imagine is rare in the car-buying world, and I truly appreciated how well everything was organized. The team respected my time, made the process straightforward, and delivered exactly the kind of transparent, hassle-free experience every customer hopes for. Buying a car can often feel stressful and exhausting, but Dublin Nissan made it feel easy. A huge thank you to Vishal, John, Jesse and Phillip. Special shout-out to Phillip in Finance, who went above and beyond by sharing practical security advice. For example, he reminded me to shred my temporary license plates once I receive my permanent ones, and to avoid leaving my physical garage door opener in the car. (It's safer to use an app on the phone for the garage door since the phone is with you at all times). It's those thoughtful, real-world tips that show he genuinely cares about customers even after the paperwork is done. Thanks, Phillip, for looking out for your customers and making an already great experience even better! If you're considering buying a vehicle, I highly recommend giving Dublin Nissan a visit. This is how car-buying should be!

Disrespectful Sales Experience & Unfulfilled Promises…read more We purchased a new 2026 Sierra 1500 Denali here, and while we enjoy the truck, the customer service from our salesperson, Perry, was completely unacceptable. Throughout the entire process, Perry consistently ignored me and would only greet or speak directly to my husband. This happened every single time we arrived at the dealership. I am an equal driver of this truck, yet whenever I spoke up or asked a question, he talked down to me and completely dismissed my input. The blatant chauvinism made for a deeply uncomfortable buying experience. Despite this, we moved forward with the purchase. On delivery day, we pointed out a part on the vehicle that had noticeable discoloration and needed to be replaced. Both Perry and the Manager promised it would be taken care of right away. It has now been a full year, and the replacement part has still not been delivered or installed. Buying a premium, brand-new vehicle should be an exciting experience, not one where you are treated like you are invisible. Waiting a year for a promised fix is entirely unprofessional. Avoid working with Perry if you want a respectful, honest car-buying experience.

Where do I start? My KIA EV9 infotainment screen got into a…read moreboot loop after an OTA update. I assumed that the update just failed. I googled it and apparently when that happened you can go to any kia dealership and they can update your car's software for free. I went to the dealership, and they told me that I would have to replace the whole infotainment system. At first they quoted me 6.5k. Then they gave me a used infotainment system so I only paid 2.5k. And it took them a month to replace it, though luckily I got a loaner in the meantime. I get the car back, the next day when I turn on my car, and the infotainment doesn't turn on. So I take it back to the dealership. This time they do try just updating all of the software updates. During one of the updates, the customer support person literally tells me that he saw the boot loop happening again, and then they update it again, and it solves it. I get my car back after 2 days. My car doesn't make it out of the parking lot before the infotainment screen freezes. I drive it back so they can take a look at it. This time it takes them a month and they have to replace all of the wiring. Towards the end of when they are working on it I go out of town for a week, Saturday to Saturday. They get the part on the Tuesday I am out of town, and text me when they get it. I assume they are working on it, and then testing my car until I get home. The Monday after I get back I call them, and they haven't even started on the fix. They've been working on "emergency" work. They're not an ER, the cars won't be more broken if they did my car first. Finally, after a month from the third time I brought in my car, two from the first time I brought in my car. I get my car back. It costs me another $4k. My car's infotainment system still doesn't work, but at this point I turned off the wireless charging port for the phone, the fingerprint scanner, and it works like 90% of the time. It only fails when my car overheats. TL;DR: Two months and $6.5k later, and I could've replaced that by doing software updates myself and turning off wireless charging and fingerprint reader.
