Professional in every sense of the word, he worked hard to find properties that fit our family's needs while keeping our tight budget in mind. As first time home buyers, he was sure to talk to point out things we didn't think of as we looked at properties. Juggling a family life himself, he went above and beyond his duty as our realtor to show us a LOT of properties. When the time to close on our house started to push back (which would have made our move much more difficult), Daniel drove more miles than needed, talked to more people than necessary, and worked more hours than would have been required to ensure we closed on time and that our move went as smoothly as possible! This shows what an enormous passion he has for his profession and, more importantly, his clients. Wouldn't you want a realtor that has YOUR best interest in mind? If you don't at least consider Daniel as you search for a realtor, you are doing yourself a disservice!

In 2014, Sean helped us buy our house in Sonoma, CA and in March 2017 he helped us sell it…read more Sean's knowledge of real estate and ability to quickly research a given market is truly an asset. He listens to his clients to understand their preferred outcomes (e.g., money, timeliness, finding a "perfect buyer") and tailors his strategy to work toward those results. He then discusses all the options - weighing the pros and cons, but ultimately letting the client make all the decisions. We had moved out of CA before completing the sale of our house. Sean took care of everything - from the cleaners, to the window washers, to setting up the photographer and videographer to helping us find the perfect company to stage our home. Given the rains in Sonoma, Sean helped relieve our anxiety around the slow downturn of the market. We held tight, listened to his advice and were more than pleased with the final sale. We would highly recommend Sean to those wanting to buy or sell their homes.

While the initial month was positive when my daughter rented a property under their management, things quickly went downhill. This reached a nadir over the final two months of the lease. A number of charges were posted against the account. While I can appreciate that utilities need to be paid, I don't understand how it is possible that an entire year of charges accumulated on the management's end without any notification to the tenants. It is inconceivable to me that any company with cash flow controls would let this happen. Further, I never understood why some miscellaneous magically appeared on our bill. As an example, we were asked to pay a $100 charge for "stucco." There was no accident. There was no damage. This was suspicious. Another example of this company's bizarre management of funds is that our family received a legal eviction notice AFTER our daughter (and all her roommate) had moved out of the unit. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!?!?! The final straw occurred three weeks after vacating the rental unit. There was a $1300 charge against the deposit for painting. This was after getting the "all clear" from the management during the move out inspection. How is it possible that routine expenses should be charged against our deposit. Watch out for this company and be very, very cautious if you either rent from them or engage them to manage your rental property. If the way they pay attention to their cash flow is any indication to the way that they pay attention to the properties, look out!!!!! I would NEVER ever have anything to do with them in the future.

MAP Property Management (MAP) helped my family find a home…read more I first rented with MAP in 2013, and after moving away for what I thought would be a better opportunity, life took an unexpected turn. When my daughters and I needed a safe place to begin again, I reached back out to MAP, hoping they could help. They did. What they found for us wasn't just another apartment. It became our sanctuary, one that I could afford on my own as a single mom rebuilding her life. For the past 11 years, my daughters and I have been able to build a life filled with something we hadn't had in a long time: stability. My youngest daughter grew up in this home, attended the same schools from elementary through high school, and graduated alongside many of the same friends she made years before. Those everyday moments may seem ordinary, but to us, they were everything. Throughout the years, every maintenance request has been handled promptly, every phone call has been met with kindness, and I've always been treated with respect. I especially want to thank Laurie and Patty. They have been two of the kindest, most compassionate people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. While they manage the property where I live, they've become part of the reason I can proudly call this place home. Home isn't just about four walls. It's about the feeling you get when you walk through your front door at the end of a long day, knowing you're safe, you're cared for, and you're exactly where you're supposed to be. MAP gave my family so much more than an apartment. They gave us a place to begin again. For that, I will always be grateful.
