We reached out to Joe in early March to complete new fresh water pipes throughout our house, our home was built in the late 50's and we were coming due for new pipes and wanted to get them done before we ran into a burst or leaking pipe down the line. Joe offered us the best/ most competitive quote and was available during the timeframe we requested. They installed PVC pipes throughout our whole house within a three day timeframe (two and a half bath house) and we had no issues once the install was completed. When the gentleman arrived, after a initial review, I was advised that they would need to do a leak test. He gave me a cost estimate. He did not push the issue. I found Klines thru an internet search when we discovered we might have a slab leak. The project was complicated as we have a flat roof and no attic. They did a thorough inspection and cut into the walls to discover we had some original galvanized pipes and indeed confirmed a slab leak. We decided to go ahead have them repipe the house. The project was complicated but these guys handled it with ease and completed it in less than a week. Overall I'm very happy with the job they did and so glad it's done! Our toilet wasn't flushing properly still, even after replacing the flush valve and flapper myself. I didn't know if there was more to it that was causing the issue. I was recommend Kline Plumbing by a friend. So I gave them a call first thing in the morning and spoke with Joe the owner and he was able to accommodate us on a same day appointment around noon. Tony arrive at 11am! Very professional and helpful. He even gave me kudos on the work I had done already. Tony gave me his thoughts on what could possibly be causing the flush issue. And sure enough it was what he thought was the issue. It was a quick fix. I really liked the fact that Tony not only fixed the issue but also explained to me the work done and tested it out in front me and also let me test it myself while he there. Had a issue with our showerhead, called them and they were out here in less than 2 hrs. Joe Jr. came out and took a look and said he would have to return the next day with parts as our showerhead was not standard. What could I say... I was devastated when the water line broke under the slab in our home. My first thought was the slab would have to be busted up to find the leak, thus, destroying the hardwood flooring. This did not happen, thanks to KLINE'S PLUMBING.
