Shaun and Nick gave me a same-day arrival window of 1-3pm and showed up at 1:03 on the dot. From start to finish, they were fantastic. Professional, kind, honest, quick, and not pushy whatsoever. They explained everything clearly, tested their work thoroughly before leaving, and documented the additional pipe issue they found so I could pass the information along to my landlord. What could have turned into a super stressful day felt very manageable with them there. They also left everything incredibly clean (they even offered to mop afterward themselves), and the entire visit, including diagnosing a completely separate leak issue that became a side quest while they were here, was wrapped up by around 2:25pm. Upon completion of a complete new water-main install, the City of La Verne Inspector not only approved this work but added how he was so very impressed with this quality of work. We had a very bad leak somewhere under the slab. Johnny and his crew were immediately on the job. This is an old house with some really jury-rigged plumbing. PVC was spliced into and bypassing around earlier problems. Now, we have had this wonderful company out twice before to fix a tricky sewer line. They managed to fix it without cutting into the slab. This time , a whole repipe inside and out was required. My yard is huge and the meter is at the very back. They dug, replaced all the pipes, built 4 hose bibs, and filled in said trenches without damaging landscaping. They bypassed the slab and installed through the attic with minimal holes. Johnny was a Godsend. He was so helpful and kind throughout the process. They worked quickly and got it done in a few days. Johnny also dealt with the city inspector. When the inspector had a problem with our electrical box not being properly grounded, he just did the work for us. He even took care that our birds were okay. We needed a new burner assembly installed in our water heater. Johnny worked with us to do the install as soon as the part arrived from our water heater company. Johnny also came out first, right away, to make sure what our water heater needed. He noticed - and showed me- that a pipe was leaking. The thermostat was also broken. They gave me an estimate on the spot to install the new burner, the thermostat, the leaky pipe, and to do a flush and drain. Corey showed up here after hours with a "happy to assist you" attitude. His "can do" attitude to repair a shower faucet that wouldn't shut off due to a stripped part meant him going back to his truck and FINDING what part he needed to finish the repairs. We had a pinhole leak in our copper pipes. Tried calling another company but they wanted $125 just to show up in a week. I called JB plumbing and they could come the same day without a show-up fee. Issue with dishwasher leaking company came out and found melted plastic spoon in dishwasher. Could not find any problems with dishwasher. Well needless to say the problem went a little deeper than the dishwasher. The garbage disposal was causing problems which was discovered by another company that was called out. I felt betrayed by this company and of course short changed because I paid $55 dollars for what his time & a plastic spoon. I called them on Sunday afternoon and they replied my call. We made appointment for them to come to jet stream our main sewer. We have experienced the bad water backed up in our restrooms (at church). They came to check and give us a quote. Then they came back with a big truck to jet stream our main sewer.
