They are extremely responsive--emails are often answered within minutes, with clear, detailed communication and zero loose ends. If something needs to get done, it gets handled quickly and correctly. Early in our relationship, we had a major leak that led to mold remediation. Our insurance company initially denied the claim, but Allstate HOA Management pushed back hard, handled the process strategically, and got it fully approved--saving our HOA more than $18,000. They also identified and renegotiated a vendor contract we didn't even realize could be improved, cutting $1,700 per year in unnecessary expenses. That level of proactive cost control is rare. On top of that, they've modernized everything--online payments, instant access to financials, clean reporting, and consistent support across their entire team. Whether it's emergencies, vendor management, budgeting, or complex HOA issues, they handle it efficiently and professionally. Bottom line: if you want a management company that actually protects your HOA's finances, communicates clearly, and executes at a high level, Allstate HOA Management delivers.

It's made a real impact on how smoothly everything runs day to day. If Allstate HOA Management continues building their team like this, their reputation will only keep getting stronger. Based on our experience, the switch has been a very positive one.

Prior to my tour, I was in contact with Teja who was very helpful. When it came to the day of the tour, I guess there was a mix up in agents, but Janaka ended up showing up to the building, to give me a tour of the place. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable! :) During the application process, the application is very old school. It took us a few days to get everything together. We had to print and scan a bunch of documents then submit it via email. From what I know of family who work in the industry, most applications are done online and you can submit information as well as link bank accounts electronically lol. I wasn't comfortable submitting all of our personal information via email, so I asked for them to call me for additional information that I'd be able to provide over the phone. Although the application process was odd, the service was pretty great. The only reason I deducted a star was because like other reviews have said, they don't get back to you after your application. I had to keep reaching out to them to get answers. I also didn't like that they assume instead of verify. My husband and I rent an ADU in Commerce, but they said "currently listed address in application doesn't seem to be a rental". My husband has been here a few years and I just moved in last year. His driver's license and some bills reflect our current address, but we were never asked for additional information to verify. We also make well over the standard 2.5-3x income. I am pretty chill so I'm okay with not being selected for the unit as it is privately owned, but I didn't appreciate having to wait and keep asking for updates on why we weren't selected lol. Anyways, great people! It's just the communication that could be better and more clear. I would still recommend Perch Properties based on my interactions, because they still respond if you reach out to them :)

From day one, the apartment was in excellent condition, and any time a maintenance issue came up (which was rare), the team was responsive, professional, and quick to resolve it. That kind of consistent care made it feel like home. Thank you to the team at Pacific Shore for making my time there so smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find a property management company that treats residents with this level of respect and attention. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live!

This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. In almost 20 years of renting in LA, I've never been asked for tax returns -- not even when I bought a property. This is ridiculous. Extremely rude, invasive, and discriminatory. They're clearly looking for any reason to reject people. Complete waste of time. Stay away.

All communication was handled by Gemma, who is incredibly kind, polite and professional. Their listing for rent generated vigorous interest. When we followed up again later, the owner informed us that he had already responded to Gemma 2 weeks ago and believed we had been updated. Overall, there was a complete breakdown in communication between property management, the owner, and the tenant, which resulted in unnecessary confusion and delay.
