When someone in my Alhambra FB group needed a plumber, I didn't hesitate to recommend Min! They had a great experience too :)
Molly V.

My family and I have worked with Min for years and we are consistently happy with the service he provides. He always makes time for us when we have an emergency, he does A+ work, and his pricing is always lower than the competition. The first time he came out to our house, I probably called 10-15 plumbers to get a quote and Min was the lowest priced. Work done by previous plumbers haven't held up like the quality work Min has done around our house. He has helped us with a broken water heater, with numerous leaky pipes, with backed up/clogged pipes, and so much more! He is punctual and very easy to get a hold of. There has never been a time that he hasn't been able to fix a problem at our (100 year old) house. I will never call another plumber as long as Min is available - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Toilet that wouldn't flush
Jay A.

I had a horrible weekend where both my sink started leaking, and my toilet wasn't flushing. I called multiple companies in my area to come fix the issue and they could not fit me in same day for my issue. I called Finishline Plumbing and within two hours they were at my house, and ready to fix my problem. He was in and out in, and his pricing was very reasonable considering the issue and his quick response. I highly recommend this company, and will be calling them for future plumbing issues.

Min and his team are fantastic. We had two major plumbing issues (1. broken sewer pipe underneath the foundation and 2. sewer line connection issues with the city main). We got a quote from a plumbing company that we used before and they quoted us $45k to fix both problems. What they proposed was very invasive (drilling through the floor of our house) and did not offer any alternatives--just advised us to use their financing option to pay the full amount. I called Min and he laid out several different options with various prices and explained to me the pros and cons of each one. We ended up using Min and his team and they were able to get all the work done for a FRACTION of the cost. The work was done quickly and professionally by the team. They also helped us get permits for the work and helped us with a few minor things that we wanted to get done(e.g. installing a pot filler in the kitchen). Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work with a reasonable price!

We were genuinely impressed by how quickly he understood the scope of work and appreciated his professionalism of having everything clearly broken down from the start. His pricing was also very fair, especially considering the quality of work and service we received. Throughout the project, Jun and Mr. Chen did an outstanding job bringing our vision to life. He was consistently communicative, responsive, and transparent, always keeping us informed every step of the way. Whenever an issue or concern came up, he didn't just address it--he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. That level of accountability gave us a lot of confidence throughout the entire remodel. Mr. Chen and Jun worked Monday - Saturday, coming early and leaving late. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. He was also incredibly tidy, making every effort to contain dust and keep the mess limited to the construction area. Living through a remodel is stressful, but his cleanliness and respect for our home made the experience tolerable. Overall, we highly recommend Jun and his team. If you're looking for a contractor who is fairly priced, professional, communicative, we enjoyed having Jun.

We had a tough time trying to find a contractor to fully remodel our kitchen. We interviewed eight…read morecontractors before we finally stumbled upon Winpoint, through the help of Yelp. There were many contractors with high Yelp ratings, but we found the majority of the ones we spoke with were outrageously expensive and beyond our budget. The few that were within our budget felt untrustworthy, based on conflicting information/advice other contractors had given us. Then, with met with Winpoint's owner, Jun Wang. At our initial consultation, Jun patiently spent a fair amount of time learning about the vision we had for the new kitchen. The communication was clear. His demeanor and conduct were professional. He explained what he could and couldn't (or shouldn't) do. At the end of that consultation, he submitted a quote that I thought was (finally) a good value and affordable. He said our project was going to take six weeks. When all was said and done, it took exactly six weeks to complete. No excuses for why they couldn't finish on time, despite whatever roadblocks they dealt with along the way. I appreciated that he pushed hard enough to stay on schedule. In the end, he did what he said he would do - there were no broken promises. That was important to me. Winpoint is a smaller company. It doesn't have all of the overhead larger companies have, which means, in his case, that lower operational costs get passed onto the customer. If you need something, you deal directly with Jun, not a telephone menu from hell, not a phone operator, apprentice or assistant project manager. While he did have other concurrent remodeling jobs, I found Jun to be responsive to our needs, questions and concerns and never felt we had to wait in line to get something done. Jun is very good at scheduling. We had no bottlenecks during our six weeks construction period. With the exception of cabinet and countertop installation, Jun does not use subcontractors. Electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, tile installation, window installation, etc. are all completely within his control, which basically means that anything that doesn't go perfectly can (and does) get fixed by his employees right away and, more importantly, to his (and our) satisfaction. All of his employees are very good at their respective areas of expertise. Any minor imperfections were dealt with and rectified in a timely manner. Overall, I can recommend Winpoint for your kitchen or remodeling project. If you are looking for a good value and quality work, Jun is your man.

Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Our project manager Tamir was exceptional -- responsive, organized, and clearly invested in the quality of the work. He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

The remodel included changing the old plaster to mini pebble, installing new tile, adding a new LED pool light, and doing the deco seal around the pool. The finish came out great and it completely refreshed the look of the pool. Once all the materials were ordered and ready, the actual work was completed in about a week, which I was really happy about. Tamir kept everything organized and the crew stayed on schedule. I also appreciated that he was able to accommodate a couple of last-minute additions I requested during the project and made sure everything was taken care of. The crew did solid work and the pool looks great now. I'm happy with how everything turned out and would recommend Way To Go Builders if you're planning a pool remodel.

I know this review is basically 1.5 years later but I wanted to use the bathrooms and see how it held up before writing this review and it just became overdue. Anyways, I would not recommend Robert and his team for any similar jobs. I'm honestly shocked by the positive reviews and felt I needed to post mine because I found Robert through yelp and feel mislead. There are a lot of things that have issues now. The grout lines in the shower are flaking off in layers because it was not done properly the first time. The niche that was built has a lip that holds water and won't drain. The vanity is leveled but the gap between the wooden cabinet and the slab counter top is not. One of the doors of the vanity was installed poorly and is now loose. The laminate flooring tiles are separated in one of the bathrooms. There is so much flex when you walk on it even since the day it was installed. I regret not insisting on leveling the floor before install but Robert told us his expert opinion was that it wasn't necessary. We asked Robert to do measurements on the day we signed the contract so we can order enough materials including extra for the floor and shower. We ordered exactly as he told us but when install came, we needed to go out and buy more bc of mistakes or miscalculation. This lead to needing to buy completely different flooring for the other bathroom bc the store didn't have enough of the original one we picked out. The shower had rust coming out and his plumber was sent out to fix it (the plumber wasn't present during the initial install, FYI). There was so much extra material with the exhaust fan duct he installed and there was papers left inside that blocked the vent opening. The towel rod is not leveled. We had to reinstall one of the toilets ourselves within a year bc of a leak cause by the rubber ring. Everyone on the team was very nice and polite, however, with the exception of the plumber, I would not consider their craftsmanship and skill level to be the level of someone who works in construction as their main profession. There is a lot more I could say but I'll end it here. If all my issues were cosmetic, I'd give them 3 stars. But considering the fact that a lot of these issues had to be fixed by us or can't be fixed now but only the next time we do another renovation (flooring, shower tiles and niche, uneven patching and texture on walls/ceiling), 2 stars seems fair. I would not recommend King Legacy Construction to anyone looking for a renovation/remodel.
