We've used this company for prior jobs at our commercial building, including a water heater and…read moretoilet repair, and those experiences went well. On this most recent plumbing repair, however, communication and follow-up fell short. The following week after the repair, a staff member noticed the kitchen sink near the repair area had very low water pressure. Since our office has limited in-person use, I followed up the next week once I was able to review the issue. I also had not received the invoice, even though my business card was provided onsite. When I spoke with the owner, the invoice was sent that evening, and I was told they would call the following week to schedule a time to look at the pressure issue. That follow-up call never happened. I later called and sent a detailed text with my availability to meet onsite, but received no response. Due to the lack of follow-up, we are moving forward with another plumber to assess and resolve the issue. In a commercial setting, timely communication and reliability are critical, and unfortunately this experience did not meet that expectation.

No upselling, no hidden fees, just honest work at a fair price. The actual work was flawless. My clogged drain is now running better than ever, and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. From the first phone call to the final handshake, the entire experience was excellent. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to fit me in right away. The technician arrived exactly on time, and greeted me with a friendly, professional attitude. Before starting the work, he carefully explained what a pressure reducing valve does, why mine had failed, and what the replacement process would involve. I really appreciated that level of transparency--it made me feel informed and confident that I was in good hands. The replacement itself was done efficiently, but never rushed. I could tell he was detail-oriented and took pride in doing the job right. Once the new valve was installed, he tested everything thoroughly and adjusted the pressure to the perfect level for my home. He even gave me tips on how to recognize early signs of issues in the future, which I thought was going above and beyond. FINALLY! We have found a plumber we can trust and who responds in the most professional manner!…read more Derral Yee responded to our desperate plea for help immediately after we detected a SECOND leak in our home. He carefully explained that due to the age of our home and the poor quality of our copper pipes, a repipe would eliminate the worry of future probable leaks. Derral also gave us a cost estimate for a repipe and explained the leaky pipes could be repaired at a much lower price. Not wanting to deal with the doom of another impending leak, we chose to repipe using a combination of PEX and high-quality copper pipes. Derral's team showed up on time and the repiping was completed in LESS than SIX HOURS! This time frame included repairing all holes in walls and clean up! It is amazing how we take running tap water for granted, but we will never take Derral Yee and his team for granted. Derral was the utmost professional who was in constant contact with us by keeping us informed about scheduling. He always sent us his projected ETA, and he always showed up on time. His projected estimate was exactly what he said it would be to the penny. He required a 10% deposit and payment in full upon completion and satisfaction of the project.
