After comparing the costs and weighing the pros and cons, we decided to replace our old A.O. Smith gas water heater with a higher-quality Bradford White model instead. I did a lot of research beforehand and contacted several plumbing companies for estimates. Some wanted to charge $200 just to come look at the existing installation before providing a quote. Brian came out at no charge, patiently explained all of our options, and sent a detailed electronic quote that was easy to review. (Yes, I even copied it into ChatGPT to make sure everything looked reasonable!) Installation day was just as impressive.
