These guys are the best! I've contacted them twice, the first time was just inquiring about installing a drain. They answered so quick, Tim came out did an inspection, gave me a quote, and BAM Tim and Brian showed up, the new drain was installed and they cleaned up after themselves, and it was a rainy day and there was no sign of any mess, they wore shoe coverings inside and took them off when they went outside, every time. After they were done, we mentioned an issue that we were having with our water heater. Tim looked into it and got back to us within a few days with information. The second time I had a leaking faucet and messaged them at night. I got an answer the same night, Tim came out the next morning and found the issue and gave me a quote. My water heater's pilot light came off suddenly. I invited PG&E and they lit it up again. A day later the pilot light extinguished again and I couldn't lit it anymore. It was Friday around 10am and I called several contractors from Morgan Hill area. Dialed In plumbing answered promptly and Tim and Brian arrived within 2 hours, as they promised. I explained the problem and after some research for parts, they suggested two options. replacement of the control valve and replacement of the whole water heater. I opted to go with the second option as my heater was already 12 years old. We agreed on a decent price, and they went to get the heater and some other parts. once they came back they removed the old heater, cleaned up the area and install the new one. the installation went smooth and they finished the work within couple of hours. Tim and Brian were very nice and informative. They explain the different options before start of work, and explained how to operate the heater after finishing the work.
