Matt was great! We had an outlet that wasn't working in the kitchen and we needed an electrician. I reached out to several electricians on Yelp, but Matt from Plug-In Services responded to my messaged me right away and then scheduled a time to take a look. On the day he was scheduled to come, he sent me a text to let me know how far away he was and an estimated time. He took a quick look and even went up to the attic to diagnose the issue. He gave me a good quote and told me that he couldn't complete the job right there because he needed to get materials and another person to help him. He coordinated with me later that week to get the job done. His communication was great and he was able to keep me updated all the time. When the job was done he was able to test everything to make sure it worked. Last minute, we brought up an issue with a cable under the freezer that caused the ice maker to stop working. Matt was exceptional at helping us to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher remotely and then worked through a difficult schedule on our end to find a time to perform the fix. Matt worked neatly and quickly and as well, stayed longer to wait for the dishwasher to go through a cycle to ensure the dishwasher was performing as it should. Matt also noticed that the door needed some lubrication so fixed that as well while he he here. Our microwave and oven were not working and they came quickly to diagnose/fix our problems. We felt they were very courteous and respectful to our home. They wore masks the whole time they were here, wore shoe covers whenever they were inside the house, and thoroughly covered and vacuumed the work areas. We liked them so much that we had them come over again to diagnose our air conditioning and sink issues. Again, they came promptly and helped thoroughly identify the issues and gave us recommendations on how to fix them. Matt diagnosed that I needed a new control panel for my dishwasher, purchased the part, came back and installed it without any issue. On both visits, he was on time and let me know he was on his way. He always cleaned up after himself. When we tested the dishwasher there was water spilling from the spout by the sink. I don't know what that piece is called. I told him that it happens every time I run the dishwasher. He quickly figured out that the hose connected to the disposal was clogged and he cleaned it out for me and put everything back without even charging me extra!
