Turned out to be an excellent choice. I sent out my "SOS" on a Sunday afternoon and got a response within 30 minutes fain Marian offering a mid-day Monday service visit. I said yes, he arrived as promised (with an advanced message saying he was on his way). He had the problem correctly diagnosed in about a minute, and the needed part available, and had it installed all in less than an hour. I thought his price was reasonable, particularly in light of the excellent super fast service. But it used to be better when Evan was there. If you were an appliance technician in need of a part this was the only place in town that was reliable enough to get you that part correctly.
