The team started the removal on Tuesday but had to leave after 3 panels die to very high winds. I have a 2nd story steep slope roof so is was not safe for the crew. Sarah was very professional rescheduled a crew for Wednesday. Of course it was pouring when they arrived but the wind was not a factor. They removed the 28 panels but had to leave the roof mounts in. If removed I would have leaks all over my 2nd story of my house. Daddario roofing is scheduled for Monday to remove the roof and again Sarah came through. Sarah had a team out Friday morning to remove the roof mounts and we are good to go. Sarah did a amazing job of rescheduling 2 different crews that I am sure were already scheduled to get my job on time. Great work by all!

Because of the good experience I had with having Clean Solar install panels at my house I reached out to them to see if they would service panels installed by another, and thankfully they accepted the job. After some back and forth with their customer support, they remotely assessed that the inverter failed and they would install a new one for a reasonable price. Clean Solar employee Jose arrived early for the install and he was very polite and relatable. He replaced the inverter and did not leave until he made sure that the system was back up and running and production was being reported in the app. I recommend Clean Solar to anyone needing their panels serviced or to install a new system. Jose is an excellent employee and my mom had a great experience working with him.

We also requested that this person not show up again but they kept sending him back. At the end of the project half of the Tesla walls were connected and working but the other half wasn't connecting. At one point our bedrooms electricity didn't work, it wasn't the breakers and Nick was awesome enough to take our after hours call and help us manually override those other 2 disconnected wall panels. The dream team (Nick, Kevin and Albert) resolved the connection and all is working now. Also, Nick stayed late to make sure our Tesla walls were configured and updated properly. Plus , a shout out to Jeremy for staying late as well to help fix a broken issue. Feedback: Organize a team that works well together to effectively complete the project. Provide sexual harassment training (this is excluding people listed here). If a female client doesn't feel comfortable with a person don't resend them back. We contacted the business in late July of last year to see about installing a solar system on our home before the end of the year. Within in days, Alessandro was here to meet us in person and provided us with a comprehensive breakdown for solar options and pricing. We loved that we were treated like actual people instead of a number in a queue. Given that there was a slight backlog of jobs they had to work through we were assured that we would have our system fully installed and activated before the end of the year, which we did! It was great working with Nick who was our onsite rep and Juan was always available to answer any questions we had by phone (of which I had many). Despite the number of times I called, he was always patient with me and provided detailed answers that gave me a better picture of our installation and how our system would operate moving forward. I can't say enough about how amazing the whole process was. Looking at our electrical bills right now and we're in awe of all of the savings we're getting, which validates our decision to purposefully oversize our system. I spoke with many contractors, and almost all of them sent salespeople who gave generic answers or tried to push cookie-cutter solutions that clearly didn't fit my setup. Carlos was completely different. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he wasn't a salesperson -- he's an engineer, and it shows. He took the time to deeply understand my system, reviewed actual spec sheets on the spot, and immediately identified issues that other contractors completely missed. Multiple companies told me Hyundai panels would work fine. Carlos checked the amperage limits, applied proper safety margin calculations, and clearly explained why those panels would not work with my EcoFlow system -- saving me from a costly mistake. He and his crew installed a FranklinWH system with 3 battery modules, 2 Span panels and a Span Drive EV charger. This new work also required changing the way our existing PV system had been wired. They did it all in a week and got the system running and permits approved too. Later, they came out and upgraded one of our PV strings to new panels and inverter. Andreas met with me that week and we discussed our goals, system design and size, and how it would impact our current energy bills. Given the tax credits ending at the end of the calendar year, I knew I most likely wouldn't be on the schedule to install and commission my system before then but Sandbar worked with me to find a financing option that provided many of the monetary benefits of the tax rebate with minimal restrictions. Sandbar completed a site audit in September and finalized the system design in November. Just after the new year, I got word that all the pieces were in place and Sandbar would start applying for permits and work with PG&E to be able to schedule our install. Drake and his team came out in the second week of January to start the installation process. I was kept in the loop and told what to expect for each day of the process. Installation wrapped up within 4 days with minimal impact to our lives and we began a dance with PG&E to sign off and install a meter collar that unfortunately lasted a few weeks, all the while Sandbar kept me up to date. Once PG&E installed the meter collar and signed off, Sandbar was back out quickly to commission the system and get me fully set up. Since commissioning, I've already seen a great impact on my winter energy bills and look forward to the rest of the seasons. Others included David in sales who demystified the process, Varon who coordinated with the utility to ensure we met all requirements, and Gino, who collaborated with Maxwell Power (formerly HDM Renewable Finance), the clean-energy company that helped finance our residential system. On site, the design and install team did a great job keeping things simple. The entire system, including battery and thirteen panels, was installed according to Ramiros's expert design within just four hours. Good quality hardware was used to tie to the roof, which was inspected by our roofer and given a big thumbs up for not causing problems. But even before that, David our site survey tech, gave us the sense that all would proceed well, as he collected necessary data by drone, and made a favorable first impression with his personable approach. Toward the end of the multi-month process, which included time to get a new roof installed, we passed city inspection with YES tech, Dario, an extremely courteous young man, present to ensure we made it through that last step and PTO (permission to operate). I had a frustrating experience with Your Energy Solutions regarding a warranty transfer. We were later charged $500 with no prior breakdown or explanation of the fee. I clearly communicated that I would be the one paying this charge. Despite that, the service department reached out directly to the buyer and asked who would be paying. This unnecessary contact created confusion and complications during the escrow process that could have easily been avoided. The lack of transparency on the warranty transfer fee and the poor internal communication caused more stress than necessary. Businesses handling real estate-related services should be more careful with both contract clarity and how they communicate with parties involved in a transaction.

We have had several contractors from over the hill, even Los Banos, who has not charged us a dime for commute, ever. This is not a customary practice. And he spent no more than 1 hour here. I called early afternoon and he quickly agreed to come, on his own accord. We all work and we miss time with our family. Sometimes we sit in traffic, too. We make these choices. These are difficult times. However, we don't need to take advantage of others. Today Tyler sent a message threatening to take us to court if we didn't remove the review. My review reflects a soured experience and a loss of trust, further cemented by the messages he has been sending. It is honestly unnerving. He said I cannot make a statement about a smell from his work car because it is a work truck. I will take that off, but feel free to message me if you want more details and I am happy to share my honest experience if it can help others.
