The team started the removal on Tuesday but had to leave after 3 panels die to very high winds. I have a 2nd story steep slope roof so is was not safe for the crew. Sarah was very professional rescheduled a crew for Wednesday. Of course it was pouring when they arrived but the wind was not a factor. They removed the 28 panels but had to leave the roof mounts in. If removed I would have leaks all over my 2nd story of my house. Daddario roofing is scheduled for Monday to remove the roof and again Sarah came through. Sarah had a team out Friday morning to remove the roof mounts and we are good to go. Sarah did a amazing job of rescheduling 2 different crews that I am sure were already scheduled to get my job on time. Great work by all!

Had a broken solar pipe on the top of our 2nd story roof due to falling tree branches from the…read morerecent storms in January. I called around to several pool service companies and couldn't find anyone that does this type of repair. After calling several companies, 2 of them had referenced Seabright Solar, so I gave them a call and Seabright called me back within 24 hours. I was able to text them a photo of what was wrong, he quoted me the repair price over the phone and we scheduled the appointment for the next day! 2 guys showed up (sorry, can't remember their names), they were able to go up to the 2nd story roof top, repaired the broken pipe, but they also noticed that the screws were a bit loose on one of the panels, so they tightened those. They then came down and ran my solar, to make sure it was all in working order and not leaking. He even gave me some advise on the filter on our pool and a mini training session on our pool scheduling panel (which I get confused all the time). Kudos to a quick and efficient job well done!

I called Fisher and --actually-- got not a recorded menu but a real person who immediately put me on the booking list for that very day. John (Jonathan) was here in a few hours, went to the breaker box, sized up the situation quickly and definitively, and explained what needed to be done. He and Aaron were here early both days of work and installed a new breaker box and outside electrical panel very efficiently and neatly. John also advised me of options for the future if needed. They double-checked and tested everything, attended to every detail. The charges were very much reasonable for such extensive work.
