Rise & Shine's communication is great as they notify you when they're headed to your home and they come out on a designated day once a week. They also take pictures of the pool and gate when they leave. Abbie has been our tech and she is so nice and friendly. This is a huge change from our previous pool man. He fixed the ozonator injector, told me why my pipes looked the way that they do, explained what chemicals were in the products I was using and what products would work better because fewer chemicals would be involved and they would be easier to dispense, and that I could get those at Ace. He never was vague, talked down to me or tried to sell me anything, which, unfortunately, is what many businesspeople do to elderly women. In addition, he drained my spa. He let me go over the notes I had made from his explanations about treatments I should use going forward and found some errors about ounces versus capsful, etc., for which I am very grateful. All of this for a diagnostic visit, and all that he wanted in payment was the reasonable fee that he had quoted to me on the phone for a diagnosis.
