This last job, and a smaller job, took 10 months for him to finish a simple job. I believe he genuinely felt bad about it as he gave us $500 off of an approximately $5,000 job. Unfortunately, it was off color and looks bad next to the kitchen cabinets that were to be matched. Probably after 9 months not checking here at the house he forgot the color. Not happy at all with the results. The cabinets look more like for a dental office, rather than a kitchen. On a positive note, his installer, Michael, was super terrific, spending the time to make sure everything was perfect.
