Our most recent project was the installation of a Moen Flo water leak detection device, a requirement of our new homeowner's insurance policy. The project required both electrical and plumbing work. The electrical work was completed by Alfredo Tovar. He was cheerful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the electrical part of the project and to discuss options for where and how to place the new electrical service. His work was clean and tight. The plumbing part was completed by Richard Mettler. Likewise very upbeat and knowledgeable. He also clearly explained the install and reviewed all the work he performed for us at its completion.
