My daughter's friend came here a few times & ever since, she's been wanting to check this place out at least once so I made it happen. Arrived at 10:40 am on a Saturday and they had just opened. This arcade was way smaller than I expected, the staff were very friendly and helpful though. We opted for the $50/ 64 token option with 2 free raffle tickets. Pretty pricey and after playing a few of the big claw machines, which is 4 tokens (over $3 per play), we can immediately tell that it was not easy to win anything, everything is rigged and definitely based on payouts. Being the only ones there at the time, I guess it was an advantage because if it wasn't for the help of the staff repositioning after almost every try and providing some extra tokens, my daughter would've just won 1 thing. Thanks to her, we got to leave with 4. However, not worth coming back again :x

Some of the stuffed characters and prices we clawed our 1st time!

Our first time at Plucky Station was so much fun! The young lady working there helped us reposition several stuffed animals/characters. Repositioning the stuffed animal/character was a significant factor in a more positive outcome most of the time. Also, the prices were reasonable for the amount of coins. I included a picture for reference. You definitely must check out this place at least once!

Been here many times after randomly finding out the place exists, the prices are fair and you have a higher change of winning

So it really pulls you into this sort of portal where you're fully locked in on games and then you look up and its been 3 hours, love it. Drinks are fine but they are a great price. Got the Waaaluigi which was really tasty and pretty unique! The wonder punch was a classic tropical rum drink and good but was a little watery. Absolutely LOVE the music here, both live and regular music through the speakers once the live shows are done. They also have a backyard outdoor courtyard that is perfect for a quick break to touch grass before going back in and screentimemaxxing again

This place is pretty sweet as you enter and feel the inner child/nerd come out. It's great place to bring the boys out to hang out, a place decent date night with your partner and for anybody in general. The employees were nice to introduce me to their specialty drinks and other items. I ended up getting the Appletini which had a somewhat sweet yet sour taste. Pretty good 7/10. I do recommend playing the weather simulator game since it has a bunch of options to play solo and coop. Then there's the box bird game that pins two players to collect as much points as you can. Pretty simple. I did enjoy this fighting game that doesn't require much knowledge. It has your simple lows and heavys and an auto combo. Pork was a great character to play with. Definitely recommend coming here

Decor was 10/10 for the private room. Service from my private host, Luca, was really the best! There was a parking lot as well. Party was booked for 2 hours for 15 kids, and so much was done during that time. Game cards included for kids, character came to visit, kids played around, pizza and beverage for all guest, cotton candy, they got the cake for me, and really good service from staff. Sidebar, everyone loved the pizza. At the end, they cleaned and packed up the gifts for me. Did I mention the good service? lol Definitely made the right choice coming here. Place wasn't too big but definitely clean and organized. Staff communication was great as well before hand. I'd recommend to others.

It was $46 pre tax for one adult and one child. It was alright for me though since it was my first time experiencing Gaming City. To my surprise the price was pretty worth it for all the arcade and games they have. There were games like table hockey, shooting hoops, hockey, VR simulation and interaction, racing games with a simulated motorcycle and race car. I did not expect it to have so many different types of games with DDR and a dancing grid. It just sucked that you cannot finish everything in one hour. We were given a watch to time the whole stay that we paid for. They shined red when the time was up. After the arcade play, we were given each 3 tokens for the claw machines. There were big machines that required 2 tokens and the small one only needed 1 token. The claw machines were so difficult to play. The claws were really sensitive and moved a lot. My friends and I did not even win anything. Sucks. The whole gaming city was really clean and dark. It smelled really clean and the noise level was appropriate. There were bathrooms in the middle of the whole place that were really clean. This place is a must go place for anyone who loves arcade and VR. They have it here in one location, which is right off the train station.

(See my photos for exact price lists/options). We purchases a pkg for 3 ppl for 1 Hr, so it came out to $23.33 per person. (Individual price would have been $32pp). You're given a bracelet to wear. Once your time slot is up, your bracelet will turn red, letting you know your time has expired. This arcade is different from other arcades since it's unlimited play for the specific time period you purchase. The only exception are the multiple Claw Machines at the front of the store: these machines require tokens. Note that at the end of your time slot, each person will receive 3 free tokens to use on these Claw Machines; but there are very slim chances of actually winning something. Also, the Claw Machines require 2 tokens! My niece had 9 tokens and won Nothing!! All-in-all, they had some fun games. There are even 2 VR games. But be warned: if you get motion sickness easily, do NOT do the VR games! lol I was really disappointed that they didn't have Skee-Ball games, which is my fave arcade game. But we had fun exploring all their other games. Customer service (except for the below issue) was terrific. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. They really looked out for everyone on the game floor, ready to help if you didn't understand the games/instructions. There are lockers, restrooms and beverage vending machines. Everything was super clean. Note that the VR machines are sanitized in between players, which I really appreciated. So why 4 Stars and not 5 Stars? Because we had to sign waivers ahead of time, and we were told to show up 15 min BEFORE our time slot, to make sure we check-in Before our time slot starts. Sounds fair, right? Well, we showed up 15 min early, as instructed, only to find out that they are closed! Our time slot was 2pm, and they actually opened at 2pm....so why tell us to show up at 1:45pm on a hot humid day, and make us stand out in the sun for 15 sweaty minutes?!?! Grrrrr....so incredibly annoying!! So just a heads up: if you're going to their first time-slot of the day, do NOT show up 15 min early!!

We were able to start bowling and ordering drinks right away, and the service was fast and extremely friendly. The bowling itself was a lot of fun, and we were offered arcade cards -- plus it's half-off arcade games on Wednesdays, which I'm obsessed with. The food was good overall. We ordered fries, mozzarella sticks, artichoke dip with chips, pizza, and dessert. Everything hit the spot. The only downside was that my cookie was a bit underbaked and softer than I prefer. Other than that, everything was great. I'd definitely come back again!

We got free gift cards of 10 points each for arcade and those went by fast! I kept playing the vending machines with my daughter and luckily we won a blue rubber duck! It was very cute although these machines were very tough to play. My daughter did not really like the ambience of the bowling alley because the music was blasting our ears really loud! We had to get a break from the loud music in the bathroom with the door closed! A relief for few minutes and back out we went with my daughter throwing a tantrum. Also I don't know why the baby self changing diaper station is literally at the door of the bathroom. What inconvenience! Anyone who opens the door can just bang the door at the diaper station, which is what happened to my daughter while I was changing her diaper. It was bad and very shocking. Hopefully they can relocate the diaper station away from the door or in a better area. So back to the bowling alley, we added our names in the system and it was so hard to distinguish whose turn it was. The screen above us displayed all the names but never flashed whose turn it was so we were all confused. I accidentally went on someone's turn when it was not even my turn. They need to update and reconfigure their system to flash the players turn instead of letting us figure out whose turn it was. The good thing about this grand opening event was the free light bite appetizers that were going around. I made sure to grab a couple! They got nacho, hamburger sliders, and chicken so that was a good perk of the day!
