Up One is so fun. It's clean and the options are plentiful. My favorite part of our experience here was the service! The woman at the counter was helpful in explaining how everything works. Then there was an employee that was so attentive. He told me husband that if there were any toys my daughters really wanted, he would arrange the pile so it was easier to catch with the claw. He saw that my daughter was getting frustrated and walked over to help. He gave some good pointers and she won! It seemed like he really wanted everyone to have a good time. We will definitely be back.

Returned to win the big cinnamon roll (68pts) :D spent $340 They've updated to a card system and the prices r still the same The machines r still fun and easy that when I won a bunch on a singular machine and forgot to take them out the shoot into my basket some kids took them but the staff were super friendly and helpful couldn't recover the stolen wins but they were great with rearranging the plushes to better spots and when I was short 1 point they covered for me

Best claw machine in Flushing Queens in my family's opinion because the price is right, workers are all friendly and helpful and the dolls are cute and rotate every so often with new characters. Also the items we can exchange dolls for is a great selection. We love coming here after dimsum or hotpot with friends and family.

Good claw machines! I wish there was more options for what was inside, but we won some good stuff here! Love this cute little store. If you are in the area you should check it out.

Easy to find & located right inside Queens Crossing Mall on the same level of the food court. One block away from the 7 train by walking distance for convenience. Space wise was rather on the smaller side and could easily get packed in 5-10 mins when several families walked in. Saw flashing neon colors of pinks, yellows, and blues from the corner of my eyes, and it was nothing but rows and rows of claw machines next to each other with the most vibrant plushies and their cutest expressions inside. Staff would greet and welcome customers as soon as they have entered. They won't follow you around the store. Tokens were easily exchanged from cash in the two kiosks, while you could do token exchange at the prize counter for those who have credit card, debit card or Apple Pay. $20 for 27 tokens was actually a pretty good deal to begin with imo as $1 = 1 token. Basically, smallest hand-size plushies by the entrance would need 2-3 tokens ($2-3) per round. Medium-size needs 4 tokens ($4) for each try. Put in 5 tokens ($5) per game if you want to win the bigger ones. But for me as a person who usually isn't good at these things, I think I did pretty well as I had ended up winning several of them. My main goal was to aim towards the machines that have the smaller and medium-size stuffed animals. I realized that the bigger plushies would often drop not because the claw wasn't sturdy enough/didn't have a good grip when getting lifted in midair. But, it was mostly due to the claw itself always being bounced back (hard) against the roof/top of these machines when being lifted by the claw. Unless you're really confident and good in aiming for the bigger ones in one try, I wouldn't suggest those at all since they costed 5 tokens per game & stakes being too high if players weren't prepared in potentially losing $5 fast. Definitely important to be mindful of the cost and the difficulty level of claw machines. If the bigger plushies seemed too expensive and had required a higher skill level, it might be better to start off with smaller, more accessible options. That way, I could learn from my past mistakes and start to build up my skills/confidence before attempting for the bigger/better prizes. Loved how there was a huge prize counter filled with plushies, figurines and other prizes of all different kinds, sizes and colors. Plus, if you happened to not like any of the plushies you'd won from the claw machines, you could actually swap/trade in for any of the stuff at the prize counter based off on the # of points each plushie represented (usually 1-2 pts) at Up One. Staff were pretty amiable whenever you would ask them to rearrange the plushies in order to have a better/higher chance of getting the prize you might want. If you were lucky, maybe you could even get them to move your target plushie to a spot where it would be easier to reach in the claw machine like on top of a pile of other stuffies for example. ~ Play for the thrills, not the bills! Until next time. ~

Located inside Queens Crossing building. It's adjacent to the food court. Staff are available to assist. Each machine requires 2-5 tokens to operate. Most popular deal is $80 for $160 tokens. Unused token can be stored in their computer under your account. You can use the stuff animals to trade for trade in points to get something else at the service desk. Overall, the stuff animals are cute. They seem to be pretty good quality. Price is higher than nearby Teso X claw machine ( 2 tokens each operation for all ). Btw, Tangram is opening a big Gotcha claw machine place in April 2024.

Wow, another claw machine store in Flushing. People are finally catching onto the craze. There's a good number of claw machines here, ranging from 4-8 tokens a play. I bought the $50 one which makes it about 4 tokens to $2. That price point per play is very steep but I'd say most of the attempts resulted in a decent grab. Making your chances fairly high to win in 1-3 tries if you're skilled enough. The guy working there was nice to offer help on repositioning the plushes for better chances, ie: too close to the glass or out of reach. You can also trade your winnings for other options behind the counter. Prize value trades are labeled on the machines. Overall, very pleasant experience. They took down my info so that I can come back to use the remaining tokens on my account. This way I dont have to hold onto all those coins for next time.

Our first claw machine shop in NYC and we had a blast. Spent $20 for 27 tokens (opening special and the cheapest price offering) to test how the machines work. Happy to report these machines are not too difficult to work with if you know how they work. All my failed attempts during my younger years, the training, has finally paid off LOL. It's fun anticipating that first grab and then exciting when you actually get it! My squeals rival my kids jump for joy with every new catch. I didn't spend that much for tokens so it was a short playtime but definitely worth it. We pooled 7 trade-in points with our catch and got an extra point for signing up in their rewards website. We kept one plushie that my kid won in our first try and traded the rest for a badass Tanjiro Kamado action figure (value is much more than what we paid for in this visit!). My kids and I are already planning our next visit!

This arcade was better than I expected~ the claw machines aren't rigged nor based on payouts. Came here because my daughter said they have Labubu stuff that you can "trade-in" for. Each plushie that you win from the crane machines equals 2 trade-in points (the Labubu blind boxes & stuff are between 20-39 points). We opted for the best package deal for $200 (cash), which includes 460 tokens (.43c per token)- still very expensive. Also received a free keychain plushie that's equivalent to 4 points. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly~ iykyk :) Imo, their point system is pretty reasonable, compared to the other arcades I've been to in Flushing and there are so many prizes you can exchange for- they literally have everything. My daughter had a really good time here and was super happy about her Labubus, we even have points & tokens leftover to use for next time. Definitely check them out!

They opened just about a month ago. A friend told me about it, so I decided to drop by. I looked around and was reminded of Anime Claw right away and thought they were smaller than the new Teso X that just opened as well. The first staff I met was Jasmin, who comforted my bad luck with these claw machines with a free try; Even though I failed like I expected... She was kind and patient enough to explain and show me things that the other two stores never did in any of my visits. She was very very friendly and welcoming. So out of these 3 similar stores, I wanted to know what and how else they were different. I spoke with the other staff at the counter and met Karen. To my surprise, she is the store manager and she designed the logos in the store and on the machines (she was a graphic designer). Here's what I learned from my short Q&A: You can't exchange different plushies from different machines caught at the same token value. But if you catch a plushie from the same machine and want a different color, the staff will change it for you. If you don't finish using your purchased tokens, there are no refunds. They would prefer you not taking the tokens home with you; since it's limited stock in the store. They can open an account in their system and deposit it for future use. They don't use a card like anime claw. They also offer a points accumulation system that you can exchange for exceptionally fantastic prizes!!! If you catch stuff you don't want to keep, they can add up, like in an arcade with tickets, and be exchanged for other prizes. And these prizes are coach bags, Demon Slayer figures that cost over a hundred dollars, besides Funko pops and other larger stuffed animals. Please remember you must turn in the stuffed animals the same day you catch them and it can be accumulated to be used at a later date. FYI: So for credit card users, there's a $20 minimum. Karen heard about my bad luck with my these machines and was determined to change that. She gave me a handful of tokens and Jasmine provided one on one lessons on more than 5 machines... And I finally got one !! I won a super cute panda !! And I love it !! Thank you so much Karen and Jasmin !!! I will definitely be back to try my luck again. :) You guys made my day !

Thanks to one of the staff whom gave me some pointers on clawing the plushies a bit easier. This claw machine arcade is fairly small, but has lots of varieties of cute plushie toys and claw machines to select from. I've read some Yelp reviews and found this place has a better chance of clawing some prizes (or so I thought). There isn't much of a trade-off regarding the tokens- so it's play as you go. Overall, it was a fun thrill, and scored about four plushie toys; not bad for $20 bucks

Walking by the store on a holiday weekday, they were open at 11am and already a fair number of people walking around inside though most games were available. For video gaming they have racing, fighting, shooting, dancing games and other rhythmic music-related ones like drumming, guitar and tapping/sliding games. There is also a photo booth, a couple individual karaoke booth "games", air hockey and basketball hoops shooting games. They're known for having a wide selection of prizes though depending on the player and the machine it may or may not be worth your time--it's a for-profit business so expect the ticket winning system to net out economically in favor of the arcade. You're really paying for the experience, and prizes are a bonus. That being said when I walked around the claw machine area I saw some plushies being won, some by very young children, unsure of how many tries it took. Plenty of staff were around, not hard to get their attention to ask a question. There's a pretty large wall of prizes (compared to some other arcades) along the back wall to the right as you enter the store from the mall side, with some ginormous plushies, manga figurines, Pokémon cards, etc as your potential winnings. Really random but I noticed they also sell adhesive nail sets in various designs at the same counter. Gift cards are available. Extremely disappointing experience for my child's birthday party…read more I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience so other families know what to expect. We booked our child's birthday party here and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences we've had. From the start, communication and customer service were poor. When we booked, we were told that to receive their 20% discount, the deposit had to be paid by cash or Zelle -- no credit cards accepted. We ended up sending a $300 deposit via Zelle. On the day of the party, we were unexpectedly told to pay the entire $944 up front, even though we had already paid a deposit. The staff said they would "refund" the deposit afterward, which was never clearly explained before. This caused unnecessary stress during setup since we had to gather additional cash right before guests arrived. During the event, there were several issues: We weren't asked to sign waivers until after the kids started playing, which interrupted the start of the party. The laser tag (included in our booking) wasn't ready -- the staff said the equipment was still charging. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. After the party ended, we stayed about 30 minutes to clean up the room -- something most places understand is part of the process. The next day, when we asked for our $300 deposit refund, we were told it was being withheld because we "stayed 50 minutes longer." That's unreasonable. We were cleaning up, not extending the party, and the children had mostly left. To make things worse, when we tried to discuss this issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The facility itself wasn't well maintained -- we even found garbage in the ball pit. Between the lack of communication, poor management, and the unfair way they handled the deposit, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. There are so many better options that actually value their customers. Spend your money elsewhere -- you'll get better service and less stress.

Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It was very cute although these machines were very tough to play. My daughter did not really like the ambience of the bowling alley because the music was blasting our ears really loud! We had to get a break from the loud music in the bathroom with the door closed! A relief for few minutes and back out we went with my daughter throwing a tantrum. Also I don't know why the baby self changing diaper station is literally at the door of the bathroom. What inconvenience! Anyone who opens the door can just bang the door at the diaper station, which is what happened to my daughter while I was changing her diaper. It was bad and very shocking. Hopefully they can relocate the diaper station away from the door or in a better area. So back to the bowling alley, we added our names in the system and it was so hard to distinguish whose turn it was. The screen above us displayed all the names but never flashed whose turn it was so we were all confused. I accidentally went on someone's turn when it was not even my turn. They need to update and reconfigure their system to flash the players turn instead of letting us figure out whose turn it was. The good thing about this grand opening event was the free light bite appetizers that were going around. I made sure to grab a couple!
