Great time at Anime Claw. Right across from Trangram mall. This spot is much cheaper than if you go to Round1 in Long Island with similar and different machines. Unlike other places, they want YOU to WIN! The young lady that was there on a Friday night was so sweet and gave us free tries because we were so close to getting the prize. We also got good pointers from her. There are 100 points for $19.90, the machine I used was mostly 7.9 credit a game, some are 12.9. Since I had a few extra credits before returning the card (not enough for a game), she let me play for free or picked a mystery prize. Of course I picked the mystery prize! So worth it! Love this place!

Had a ton of fun trying all the different games win or lose but nice to experience claw games that are not rigged and that tips are given to encourage winning and having an overall great experience. We did come later than I would have liked because of traffic after our dinner reservation so we were the last ones in the store but the employee there was very kind.

AMAZING PLACE! Best claw machines I have ever been to, inside and outside of New York. Before I jump into the machines and all I want to shoutout Kathryn, she was terrific, super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If you read this Kathryn--sorry if I misspelled your name (correct me if I'm wrong) and send the polaroid picture my way! Anyways she was attentive the whole time walking around and enjoying our close catches alongside us while offering some tips or tricks. Some of the plushes were easier to grab by the head while others were easier by the body. Kathryn also explained the double click maneuver to everyone who came in rather than sitting behind the counter. The first click brings the claw down and the second closes it with a stronger grip than the default. If you're good at timing, it's a game changer. She genuinely cared about our experiences and that's what made it wonderful. If you want a readjustment, the staff will gladly help you out and position a prize better. There are some stuck in corners but the claws don't extend to the very edge, so this is where that's helpful. Kathryn wasn't bothered at any point so it really didn't feel like a hassle to ask her and I appreciated that. At other spots, employees might respond all annoyed and make you hesitant about reaching out, not here though. Such an interesting selection of plushes from Pokemon to Digimon, pets like shibas, Sumikkogurashi, Gudetama, Rilakkuma, and others. Also figurines from various animes like Dragon Ball. Prizes were actually desirable unlike all around unlike other places. Many of the prizes were harder to find online so I couldn't quite grasp the value, but I'm also paying for the experience, venue, and overall activity so I am quite pleased with Anime Claw overall, leaving with 6 plushes is an added bonus despite the hit on my wallet.

BEST PLACE FOR ANIME MERCH AND FUN! It was my first time going here so at first I was sure, but the lady was so kind and answered all the questions we had. I bought my little brother with me and I am absolutely positive that he's gonna remember this place for a LONG time. Also if you don't want to play the machine and just want the merch, they had many other anime stuff you can just pick and buy, without having to play the machines. From the outside it looks small, but it's much bigger on the inside. It was very clean and I loved the vibes. They had a lot of Japanese claw machines and they also had other things besides anime, such as Genshin impact and Sanrio merch. I would absolutely recommend as a hang spot or if you're just stopping by flushing. Am so happy my little brother had fun and won a prize.

I've been coming to this store since Day 1 of opening, which was 2 years ago. The place always has something new. The owners and workers are nice to the point they help you out. It's a nice and courteous way of not feeling like you wasted your money to win nothing. The ichibankujis are a nice addition to the store. While they're luck-based, you still win something regardless. Shout-outs to Michael, Amy, Kat, Vivian, and the dude whose name I keep forgetting

I came here with my best friend as a belated birthday celebration, absolutely amazing experience, highly recommended! Everyone was so nice. The games were fair & the staff was extremely encouraging helpful in guiding you if you struggled, especially for first timers. Price wise to points for the each game play was also very fair, there were 3 tiers, each reasonable. I don't believe the staff would let you leave empty handed they also have hand made things for sale which was super precious, I'll be visiting again !!!

Anime claw did not disappoint! It was such a great spot to take my little sister to for our sister date. There are countless claw machines that are labeled by difficulty and tips that suggest the best strategy to retrieve the plushy within the claw machines! If we were having difficulty the amazing staff there Vivianne and Larse came to our rescue to talk us through getting it or adjusting the plushies to give us a better chance of getting it. Thank you for a fun afternoon!

First time coming here with my friend and honestly from looking at the claw machines we felt like there was no hope of winning, Vivian, the staff was so helpful with her amazing tips of how to play. I felt like I definitely learned some extra tjps up my sleeve, hehe. My friend and I were super fascinated. It's a little small but each claw machine is based on skill level and they tell you how much each claw machine toys are worth is what I think is pretty cool. My friend bought 100 points for $19.90 with cash, if you used card it goes up to like $21 and some change. So bring cash if you can. This is the one spot where it's not rigged thankfully. We was losing home bc some gacha spots around the area was super rigged. My friend and I was definitely thinking about coming back here, since we traveled afar to come here! Thank you for all your help, Vivian! We had so much fun and highly recommended!

The place is wonderful for anime fans with ton of arcade games, claw games, fun prizes and merchandise that is anime related and kawaii. The staff was sooo friendly and they really help you a ton when you have questions or concerns! 11/10 customer service!

Today was my first time coming here. The employee who helped us was extremely friendly and attentive and taught us the double tap trick to grab the prizes. She had the most positive attitude and was determined to help us win after our many failed attempts (honestly we are just bad at claw machines lol). You can also exchange the prizes within the same machine! She offered to move the placement of the prizes to make it more attainable and helped us with the positioning and maneuvering of the claw as well. I wish I got her name before I left, but she made my experience super pleasant and fun and I definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves plush and anime! Extremely cute claw machine shop! I love my Mimikyu!

I came for the games, and spent around $40 here for about 150 credits not expecting anything. Little did I know I would have a blast with the shooting game as well as the claw machines. Walking by the store on a holiday weekday, they were open at 11am and already a fair number of people walking around inside though most games were available. For video gaming they have racing, fighting, shooting, dancing games and other rhythmic music-related ones like drumming, guitar and tapping/sliding games. There is also a photo booth, a couple individual karaoke booth "games", air hockey and basketball hoops shooting games. They're known for having a wide selection of prizes though depending on the player and the machine it may or may not be worth your time--it's a for-profit business so expect the ticket winning system to net out economically in favor of the arcade. You're really paying for the experience, and prizes are a bonus. That being said when I walked around the claw machine area I saw some plushies being won, some by very young children, unsure of how many tries it took. Plenty of staff were around, not hard to get their attention to ask a question. There's a pretty large wall of prizes (compared to some other arcades) along the back wall to the right as you enter the store from the mall side, with some ginormous plushies, manga figurines, Pokémon cards, etc as your potential winnings. Really random but I noticed they also sell adhesive nail sets in various designs at the same counter. Gift cards are available. Write a review to earn 10 credits and there's a one review redemption per week limit. Open daily 11am-12midnight.

Extremely disappointing experience for my child's birthday party…read more I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience so other families know what to expect. We booked our child's birthday party here and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences we've had. From the start, communication and customer service were poor. When we booked, we were told that to receive their 20% discount, the deposit had to be paid by cash or Zelle -- no credit cards accepted. We ended up sending a $300 deposit via Zelle. On the day of the party, we were unexpectedly told to pay the entire $944 up front, even though we had already paid a deposit. The staff said they would "refund" the deposit afterward, which was never clearly explained before. This caused unnecessary stress during setup since we had to gather additional cash right before guests arrived. During the event, there were several issues: We weren't asked to sign waivers until after the kids started playing, which interrupted the start of the party. The laser tag (included in our booking) wasn't ready -- the staff said the equipment was still charging. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. After the party ended, we stayed about 30 minutes to clean up the room -- something most places understand is part of the process. The next day, when we asked for our $300 deposit refund, we were told it was being withheld because we "stayed 50 minutes longer." That's unreasonable. We were cleaning up, not extending the party, and the children had mostly left. To make things worse, when we tried to discuss this issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The facility itself wasn't well maintained -- we even found garbage in the ball pit. Between the lack of communication, poor management, and the unfair way they handled the deposit, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. There are so many better options that actually value their customers. Spend your money elsewhere -- you'll get better service and less stress.

The decor was amazing! It matched what we saw in their website and Instagram. It also came with pizza and juice for the kids and unlimited play. I was allowed to bring additional food and other snacks and they were kind enough to help me set up and plate the food. One tip would be to confirm the arrival of the pizza time. Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!

We were able to start bowling and ordering drinks right away, and the service was fast and extremely friendly. The bowling itself was a lot of fun, and we were offered arcade cards -- plus it's half-off arcade games on Wednesdays, which I'm obsessed with. The food was good overall. We ordered fries, mozzarella sticks, artichoke dip with chips, pizza, and dessert. Everything hit the spot. The only downside was that my cookie was a bit underbaked and softer than I prefer. Other than that, everything was great. I'd definitely come back again!

We got free gift cards of 10 points each for arcade and those went by fast! I kept playing the vending machines with my daughter and luckily we won a blue rubber duck! It was very cute although these machines were very tough to play. My daughter did not really like the ambience of the bowling alley because the music was blasting our ears really loud! We had to get a break from the loud music in the bathroom with the door closed! A relief for few minutes and back out we went with my daughter throwing a tantrum. Also I don't know why the baby self changing diaper station is literally at the door of the bathroom. What inconvenience! Anyone who opens the door can just bang the door at the diaper station, which is what happened to my daughter while I was changing her diaper. It was bad and very shocking. Hopefully they can relocate the diaper station away from the door or in a better area. So back to the bowling alley, we added our names in the system and it was so hard to distinguish whose turn it was. The screen above us displayed all the names but never flashed whose turn it was so we were all confused. I accidentally went on someone's turn when it was not even my turn. They need to update and reconfigure their system to flash the players turn instead of letting us figure out whose turn it was. The good thing about this grand opening event was the free light bite appetizers that were going around. I made sure to grab a couple! They got nacho, hamburger sliders, and chicken so that was a good perk of the day!
