The keyboards were very nice (mechanical btw) but the mouse pads were much too small for low sensitivity. They had most esports games downloaded, and discord as well. Especially on the go,internet and cellphone is dying faster than we think, most of the the time we run out of battery and got stuck in the middle of no where. It happens to me a lot I am sure it does happens to other people too. This small locations give you access to internet and charge your cellphone and actually you can buy sim card on the go. The Lounge is included on some credit card programs and for Delta and a few other airlines, but I paid the day pass. If you only have a few hours to kill, I'd recommend having a nice steak dinner at the Palm further down the Terminal instead. I came in on an incoming flight at about 3:30p for my 9p flight. I bought day access and settled in to a chair with a view of the gates and some of the runway. When I arrived, it was quite busy, but it cleared out after the Dublin and Amsterdam flights were called, and it stayed pretty quiet for the rest of my time there. There were some magazines and newspapers, as well as pretty good free wifi. Some snacks were available (chips, sandwiches, fruit), as well as hot food (chicken masala, rice, soup). I've heard it's always Indian food and the place smells like it, which is fine with me, but others might have a problem. Drinks were passable and self-serve. The red wine was pretty bad, but the white was drinkable. The liquors were fine, but not too many mixers. There is a shower, which I checked out - only one per gender, and it seems like you might need to ask for the towel at reception. I left when the reception called my flight, and I had plenty of time (but not too much!) to get through security and to my gate. If I am in JFK again and have the same restrictions again, I would return here.

Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!
