This place is pretty sweet as you enter and feel the inner child/nerd come out. It's great place to bring the boys out to hang out, a place decent date night with your partner and for anybody in general. The employees were nice to introduce me to their specialty drinks and other items. I ended up getting the Appletini which had a somewhat sweet yet sour taste. Pretty good 7/10. I do recommend playing the weather simulator game since it has a bunch of options to play solo and coop. Then there's the box bird game that pins two players to collect as much points as you can. Pretty simple. I did enjoy this fighting game that doesn't require much knowledge. It has your simple lows and heavys and an auto combo. Pork was a great character to play with. Definitely recommend coming here

So it really pulls you into this sort of portal where you're fully locked in on games and then you look up and its been 3 hours, love it. Drinks are fine but they are a great price. Got the Waaaluigi which was really tasty and pretty unique! The wonder punch was a classic tropical rum drink and good but was a little watery. Absolutely LOVE the music here, both live and regular music through the speakers once the live shows are done. They also have a backyard outdoor courtyard that is perfect for a quick break to touch grass before going back in and screentimemaxxing again

Gatcha - Some of the prizes you can win

This arcade is called "Gatcha," but contrary to the name, the arcade doesn't have any traditional…read moregatcha machines. The arcade has two sides: claw machines and games. I came for the games, and spent around $40 here for about 150 credits not expecting anything. Little did I know I would have a blast with the shooting game as well as the claw machines. Came out with four plushies! The staff was super friendly and seemed happy for us when we won. Will definitely return in the future!

Walking by the store on a holiday weekday, they were open at 11am and already a fair number of people walking around inside though most games were available. For video gaming they have racing, fighting, shooting, dancing games and other rhythmic music-related ones like drumming, guitar and tapping/sliding games. There is also a photo booth, a couple individual karaoke booth "games", air hockey and basketball hoops shooting games. They're known for having a wide selection of prizes though depending on the player and the machine it may or may not be worth your time--it's a for-profit business so expect the ticket winning system to net out economically in favor of the arcade. You're really paying for the experience, and prizes are a bonus. That being said when I walked around the claw machine area I saw some plushies being won, some by very young children, unsure of how many tries it took. Plenty of staff were around, not hard to get their attention to ask a question. There's a pretty large wall of prizes (compared to some other arcades) along the back wall to the right as you enter the store from the mall side, with some ginormous plushies, manga figurines, Pokémon cards, etc as your potential winnings. Really random but I noticed they also sell adhesive nail sets in various designs at the same counter. Gift cards are available. Write a review to earn 10 credits and there's a one review redemption per week limit. Open daily 11am-12midnight.

The shoes, food, drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic), and arcade games are sold separately from admissions. Yes, be prepared to spend a little bit of money! *add nervous smile here* Either than that, I'm sure all of their locations are good places to bowl and spend time with loved ones! The Queens, NY, location specifically is clean and spacious. If you are hosting a large event for a group of 10+, I suggest calling the desired location's office phone number. A Rep can help create a package and provide a quote that works for your specific party. Online only provides standard packages. You can also (and only) bring cake, cupcakes, ice cream cake, and the like from outside. The place provides plates and forks if you're hosting an event.

I usually go to the Bowlero in Mineola, but my friends live in Woodside and wanted to go to this…read morelocation instead. We purchased a Groupon which is only valid before 6 PM. We came on a Saturday and it was very busy and crowded. There were so many birthday parties and kids running everywhere. The place was hot and smelled like fried food. We joined the wait-list at 3 PM and didn't actually get called until a little after 5 PM. We waited outside at some chairs outside of the public school across. The employees even said if we don't get called by 6 PM, even if we waited 3 hours, we will still not be able to use the Groupon. Thankfully, we made it before that. This location only has 35 lanes which sounds like a lot but it's only one row which means the Mineola one prob has double or triple the amount. At one point when it got cold outside, we came inside and just watched people play claw machines. The big one near the entrance is about $5 per swipe and people play like 10x without getting any prizes but it was very entertaining. When we got our lane and our bowling shoes, we went to our lane which only had 4 chairs and a small table. The party at the next lane had 10 people and kept coming over to our side. Never knew you can have 10 people in a lane before! We had 6 on ours. As for bowling balls, there's no extra hanging around in racks behind us. It's just whatevers on the lanes already so we had to go to other people's lanes to see if they needed that particular weight/size to grab them. After the 3 hours we were waiting, we were so thirsty so we went up to the bar to ask for a pitcher of water. No one ever came with a pitcher of water. We had 4 different people ask after waiting awhile in between. Then, finally we gave in and ordered a pitcher of Blue Moon beer for about $30. It was cold and light which I liked. The restroom was never crowded surprisingly for the amount of people in the facility. There were about 4 stalls and 2 sinks. As for parking, the parking lot in front was always packed and people still drive in to look for parking. There's very few spots and sort of narrow with a lot of foot traffic. I prefer parking under or on the side of the bridge. All in all, bowling was fun - I always break a nail but the waiting and crowd was not. Will definitely stick with Bowlero Mineola next time.
