Good experience one floor. Arias and Jabimbles were very welcoming. Customer service was A1 & they are constantly cleaning the establishment & it smells very clean on the walk in.

Great experience. The space was clean, the service was excellent and Arias was great at informing us of how the different elements of the Arcade worked!

They have great prizes and we love this place!

As a rhythm game player, I had to check out the newest arcade in Astoria. This place is pretty ok, with a wide variety of Chinese versions of games I am alreadyfamiliar with. There is a Chinese dance rush which was fun just for the co-op feature. There are unique games like the reaction time game where sticks are falling and you must catch them. Lots of interesting gimmicky games like the exercise ball you can roll. I just think the pricing is a bit expensive for 30 minutes I believe it's around $16? They have a version of Activate (light up grid that you must step on) that is also quite fun in one of the 2 larger rooms that you can explore. I would not recommend their VR rig in the back with the headset and movie scene- you have to ask a staff member to set it up and it made me extremely nauseous. Also the voiceover in the movie was very low quality. I would recommend this for date night or a small group outing. Stick to the 2 larger room activities and it will be fun!

Not crowded even on a Saturday, and the staff were nice. We like the vibe of the place, it's calmer than arcades in the city attached to other things like bowling. Good for an hour's game for kids and some of them are immersive.

Had a blast at this gaming arcade. Upon entering staff directs to the payment counter and gives options for game play. Once you selected the amount of people and the duration of play, staff gives an electronic watch for basically most if not all interactive games within the facility. There are a few VR rides~which my daughter said was So Cool! There's also squid game types of game rooms for participants to run around (the floor is lava was fun). Arcade also has a bunch of shooting games, foos-ball, claw machines. The pricing was decent compared to the ones in Flushing Queens. I thoroughly enjoyed all the games I played. There's also lockers for you to place your belongings, and the bathroom was pretty clean. Will definitely return for more fun!

This place is an absolute gem! What makes it stand out is the all you can play model charged by the hour so there's no need to constantly reload a card. They also provide lockers to safely lock up your belongings. They also host parties and corporate events, making it a great group hangout spot. The game selection is impressive, featuring unique titles you won't typically find at other arcades. The shooting and driving games are especially fun. I love the asphalt one because it physically moves and shake you. There are three interactive rooms filled with motion based games that really get you moving, and up front, you'll find claw machines stocked with cute plushies. Overall, a super fun and well designed arcade.

I've heard about this place from some friends and we decided to come here today for a VERY belated "holiday" party with my small dental staff. The weather wasn't great which ultimately worked out in our favor because it was a slow night which meant zero wait time for everything. I felt like a kid in a candy store! Vivid, neon colors, clean, spacious, claw machines, areas to take a break- I was immediately enamored. You can't be dressed all cute here - you gotta roll through with sneakers and comfortable clothes. Girls, you better put your hair up in a ponytail because you will SWEAT. Who the hell needs a gym membership when you can get your workout on while having a blast! I was gasping for breath while laughing like a mad woman. It wasn't your typical arcade spot- super interactive, often times intense and it really gets your competitive juices flowing so it's great for a group....or a great way to show off to your date hahaha. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The one person we interacted with the most had some great tips and endless patience - turned out to be the owner! I was so floored by his kindness and readiness to help while still giving us plenty of space to do our own thing. Ok, let's cut this novel short - just go. The deal they have per person for an hour is so reasonable! I can't wait to come back with other people. You'll have an amazing time, guaranteed. :)

Located right on 31st street where the N train runs, a store front establishment with big googly eyes above the front doors. Your expected arcade/gaming set up. When you walk in the check in is on the left and there's an entire section on the right of claw machine games to win different plushes. There is a VR two person set up, three interactive game rooms and a decent size area with various arcade games. They also have a small party section for those who want to celebrate a birthday or special event, this is right where the arcade area is. They have bathrooms, vending machine for snacks, and a locker area to store your belongings while you play and run around having fun. Our favorite game rooms were the light up floor and the eye room. The eye room reminded me of squid games, the goal being to get all colors, numbers, or letters before the eye turns red and "catches you". The more levels you win the harder that game gets. Unfortunately the third game room was not working. They also have a dart game, basketball shooting stations, and target shooting game. You pay per person, per hour and receive a bracelet that stays green, turns blue when you have about 10 minutes left, and then red when you run out of time. There are staff around the area to help and to keep an eye on red bracelets, letting you know your time is up and to please return to the front. We paid right under $64 for an adult and child for one hour of unlimited games, which included access to everything in the place. They gave us the locker for free but otherwise it's a $4 rental charge. For the claw machines, you get tokens to play. Some machines take 2 and some 3 tokens. We went during the first month of their opening and they gave us 5 free tokens per person. We arrived around 130 and it started getting busier as the afternoon went on, which means more people = more wait times to get on a game. I do recommend for those with adolescent kids for a fun time on a cold, rainy, or snowy day.

This place is awesome. You will not find anything like it around the NYC area. They have VR, open play arcade games, meaning pay one price and you can play without coins or a card, claw machines, interactive and immersive projector rooms with various games in each. There's one like Squid Games. It's for all ages. Come out and check this new business, that just opened out. You can have parties, school trips, book ahead if you have a lot of ppl. They will reserve something for just your group if you book in advance. They have a pizza menu at their location. You can order your food, and it will be sent to you right at Gaming City USA. Come check it out

Is there a section in the arcade that serves food?

At this time there is no hot food section at Gaming City. They have a vending machine that offers some light refreshment and certain claw machines are filled with snacks.

Even better, they have the deluxe versions of many machines while some arcades only offer the stripped down versions. For example, at The Bumper Factory, their Godzilla machine features the building that crumbles to the ground as it gets destroyed. That's pretty cool, and certainly adds to the fun. If you are a good pinball player, you will certainly find the pricing model to be vexing. I do enjoy going to a place where all the games are set to "free play". But $15 for 30 minutes, even in Manhattan, feels steep. Largely that's because I am a good enough player that a few bucks can keep me busy for over an hour. That said this is a great place, and a great price, to teach younger kids the game. And that is exactly what I did with my nephew. What I discovered was that on Monday, despite the hours posted on Yelp, The Bumper Factory was still open. However, the games were not set to free play, and instead of taking the admission fee I was able to simply use quarters to play. Woo hoo! I had one of the best games of my life on Guardians of the Galaxy. One ball alone was kept in play for the better part of fifteen minutes. Had I been paying by the half hour, that victory would have been tinged with sorrow. One other small ding against the place is that the Stern machines which feature the Stern Insider Connect feature were not activated. This is always a bummer, and also why I wasn't able to find this really nifty arcade on the Stern Pinball site. Most of the machines are new and in great shape. The space is pretty small and cramped, but it is NYC. From the arcade's website it also looks like there is a $35 all day rate, which I think I would much rather pay than $15 for 30 minutes. I'd have to take some breaks for coffee and pizza, but there are nearby options for both. More than anything, it's great to see pinball making some kind of comeback and salute the good folks at The Bumper Factory for putting in some machines in a space where kids can discover this great game.

Hidden in the basement of a hotel, but not quite so hidden, the street sign says "$5 Beers and Free Games - Thursdays & Fridays starting at 5pm and Saturdays at 8pm". Awesome deal for the area. Inside it's pretty spectacular. A huge circular fish tank, fun colorful lights and decor. Of course, the games. They have what I think was pac man or some arcade games on the tables. Ski ball in one corner and mini bowling in the other corner. The bowling system sometimes had issues and would shut down but workers fixed that stuff up fast in between rounds. Drinks were pretty tasty. You can be wild and crazy and order a gigantic fishbowl. They're a bit exorbitantly priced. Or just go with a traditional cocktail or their $5 beer specials. My favorite drink I tried was the Marble Queen: Milagro Silver, Coconut, Lime, and a chili salt rim. It tasted like a tequila pina colada. The Stout Old Fashioned was another great choice being both smoky and sweet. Food options. . . . nothing really totally stood out to me. A few appetizers were set up for a large group of us. The cheese with the pretzel nuggets was kind of good. The raw tuna poke in a jar was cute but also. . . . its just poke. I can eat poke not in a jar for way cheaper at so many places nearby. But I really liked some of the accompanying sauces that had like spicy mayo and a cilantro mayo kind of cream sauce. Sliders and nachos were just a-okay. Spinach artichoke cheese dip was a really small portion for a huge group to share. I think I ate like one spoonful but it tasted good. This spot is good for drinks and games more than food. But it's definitely worth checking out especially since the games are free!
