HIDDEN GEM ALERT!!!!! My partner and I were in the area to catch a show at rough trade and were looking for a happy hour. This one exceeded expectations with drink and food selection and quality. The chicken tenders were so good, and the onion rings definitely fulfilled a months-long craving! They also had about a dozen varieties of white claw, including a lot of flavors most bars don't typically have. Loved to watch random people perform karaoke too. Excited to come back!

Came for the 50% drinks and food happy hour! M-F 1-7pm. It was dead when we came at 3pm but picked up around 5pm. The bartender Aaron was really nice and fun to chat with. We got 4 cocktails and the wings-- all 50% off. We were going to leave after 2 cocktails and bar hop but Aaron made it a fun spot to hang out. Cool, eclectic, fun spot for drinks or karaoke or both. Love that they had a box of free vintage records outside! Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because although they were strong (great value), the cocktails, although good, weren't the best I've ever had (but at 50% off they were a great value; no complaints).

Went to RPM Underground with a small work group. Elevated Dive Bar with great rooms, decent food and unbeatable prices! During happy hour--early afternoon until 7pm on a weeknight--all was 50% off. Group of 10 people with food non alcoholic drinks was approx $250!

Fantastic experience -- booked a room at RPM for a 30th bday with a group of 30 and it was a great experience. From checking out the place to booking/ logistics, Raj was very helpful & transparent about all pricing. When we got to the event, Kristen took care of our room and WOW we were blown away. She was so calm, and helpful, and had an incredible attitude. What a fantastic spot to host an event! We will be back

I came here on a Thursday night with coworkers! It was a lot of fun. You have to enter down the stairs. We had a private room. A server comes to your room to introduce themselves and get drink orders. The bathrooms are unisex and there are multiple stalls with open sinks. They had a lot of songs to choose from! There are 2 booklets and you can also scan a QR code. Service is bad, so there is wifi.

A great karaoke lounge, bar, and record store. Drinks can be delivered directly to the lounge or purchased at the bar. There are many rooms and they also offer karaoke at the bar. The decor was interesting- lots of comic and figurine themes. Service was good and had a great time.

Bad air conditioner that's why my colleagues left . The bar was empty.

My colleagues and I kept coming back here because of its convenient location from our work. HOWEVER! Do not come here in the summer . !!! They have a VERY weak air-conditioner. We have complained to the bartenders to increase the AC but they said it's not really strong enough. The 2 ceiling fans at the bar area can not be rotate either. Last week, we rented a big room and same problem. It was soooo hot ! We complained and the bartender said that's ALL THERE IS. Same thing happened last summer of 2024. I think the owner should be notified about the issue. The bartenders were sweaty and uncomfortable too. But they can't do anything.

This karaoke spot is cool, and super unique. Love the vinyl shop upstairs and the cool decor downstairs. Vintage magazines and memorabilia fill the halls and rooms. Each room having its own aesthetic. They also offer open karaoke at the bar. The staff were cool. They offer 85,000 songs; majority being on their website and some in the book. Finding songs on the website is a bit wonky. Ordered some food, which was surprisingly good (except the cheese for the cheese fries). Overall a really great experience.

4.5 STARS Date: Monday, May 6th, 2024 Time: around 12:15am Party of: 7 What: Karaoke of course! *Oban 14: neat ($22) *Hendricks ($18): Cocktail ($2) *Bulleit Rye ($18): Cocktail ($2) *Jameson: neat ($15) *Karaoke: Song ($3) x8 My group LOVES karaoke. In fact, at home, we would always end the night at a karaoke bar. When one of the boys realized there was one right by his hotel, we all decided to stop by. I think there was only one other group of two when we got here, so we more or less had the space to ourselves. They have a fairly good selection of songs. Not the most comprehensive, but I think there may have been other books we didn't see? But the normal songs we always sing were there - What Do You Mean, Ribbon in the Sky, I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing, etc. It had been a while since my group got together for karaoke, so it was nice finding a spot to sing our hearts out. And not really having to wait for songs was awesome! Great spot to get your song on. Especially on a chill Sunday night. REVIEW #3411

Hello! Thank you for reaching RPM! Unfortunately, we are strictly a 21 and over establishment.

What is the dress code and if there isn't one, how are most people dressing?

Hi Lori - we're a casual bar, so there's no dress code. Come in whatever you find most comfortable!

Yes, the views are amazing, however the weather has to be just perfect. Especially if you plan to use the outdoor patio. Which, why wouldn't you? The space itself is not for large groups, wedding party size approximately 50. Plus the wait, bar & other service staff. The location is prime, if you plan to take a car, remember this is NYC & traffic is bad. You can probably walk faster than a cab or car service. Especially during the month of December. NYC gets more visitors in December than all year long. The venue has 2 bathrooms for women which is not good, however worked for this crowd. Think of this location as a once in a lifetime, only if you have the funds for this location. As guests we were thrilled to be invited to such a lavish wedding!

Rooftop wedding in the heart of Manhattan with incredible views of St. Patrick's Cathedral & Rockefeller Center. What more could you ask for? It's makes for one incredible experience for not just the bride and groom, but for all of the guests who are always completely blown away. As close as it is to being perfect, there are few things to keep in mind: 1. If the weather doesn't cooperate (as it didn't during the wedding I shot there, when it rained right before the ceremony), the main garden does get quite soggy. It got bad enough that the bride had to walk around the guests via the outer walkway instead of through the middle. Definitely not the ideal way to make an entrance. 2. The inside is as simple as it gets, so it's really up to you(r planner) to make it something amazing. Basically, picture a clean, white room; a blank slate. If minimalism is your thing (as is with me), then you'll love it. Otherwise, plan to get creative! 3. Space. It's definitely not for large events. Even for smaller weddings, the cocktail hour gets quite cramped. But if you're planning on getting married here, you know that already. From a solely photographer's perspective, while it does make possible some absolutely stunning shots (one of my favorite images was taken here, which you can see in the Photos section), the size of the venue as well as the blank indoor space does limit how creative you can get. If you're looking to get a wide variety of photos, I'd highly suggest you stop by another location for or after the First Look and get portraits before heading to 620 Loft and Garden. If you're set on getting married here, a gallery of a real wedding from 620 Loft and Garden is up on my site, so feel free to check it out for some wedding ideas!

Why, stop by the Holiday Home of course!! Held in a historical mansion on the Upper East Side of New York City, come prepared to be inspired and enchanted as you walk through the house, each room designed by a different interior designer, to a different holiday theme (think, New Year's Eve, St Pattys, Christmas etc) or special moment in life. Every single room here is SO gorgeous, with furniture from some of the most luxurious brands in the world. As I walked through the rooms, I imagined what it would be like to live in a house like this, a life of luxury, with cocktails at 3 and constant dinner parties. And if you're one of the lucky few who can actually afford to live in a house like this, then the Holiday Home would serve as a life sized inspiration board for you... You get a catalog at the entrance and it serves as a reference to any piece of furniture displayed in the house. The designers themselves are also there in their respective rooms and are more than happy to talk to you about their work / offer to come design your house (if that's what you're looking for). It is a $35 entrance fee that goes towards the Breast Cancer Foundation, though, even if it didn't, so worth it getting to spend an afternoon in the shoes of an Upper East Sider. Lastly, everyone's so incredibly nice (you'd expect them to be snooty but there are absolutely no airs here), though, I would dress nice and perhaps not show up in sweats if I was gonna go. Haha. There is also an adorable little heated courtyard cafe that serves up ready made sandwiches, teas and (not so yummy) macaroons. But very nice and pretty to sit at. All in all, one of my favorite things we did in New York this past trip! Perfect for getting into the holiday mood (:

This is usually where almost all banquet halls breakdown somewhere. Whether it is pasta, sides, meat or fish, something just doesn't work. Not the case here, as you would expect from Cipriani. The food was excellent across the board. The pastas, vegetables, potatoes and the meat were excellent. The beef was exceptional for banquet-style dining. Desserts were very good, too. On top of all of this, their staff was swarming around, clearing plates, offering to refill waters, keeping the place clean, etc. - they were very attentive. Cipriani really did an excellent job running our holiday party. I highly recommend them.
