    Duckstrami slider $10

Pluck is a truck specializing in duck. No line to get stuck at lunchtime, what luck! Mmm Pastrami Duck tasted 4 stars, no buck. But size of a hockey puck srsly what the ----!

Duck Ramen - Tasty but a little overpriced for the size ($14)

Tried Pluck today for lunch, while they were at the G lounge in SOMA. There was no wait, service was good, and the food was ready pretty quickly. I ordered the smoked duck ramen, which overall was pretty good as far as food truck ramen goes. The broth was really flavorful, duck nice and tender, and the mushrooms were great (not sure what kind they are but LOVED whatever they marinated it in). The taste and texture of the noodles were a bit off and the poached egg didn't quite break in the right way. However apart from that I'd say pretty decent ramen. They also offer it with foie gras on some days, which I imagine would be pretty tasty as well! My friend also ordered the duck fat poutine, which was basic but good. Loved the gravy and addition of the green onions, but not sure if I'd order it again. Overall a pretty decent experience. I recommend going if you're as much of a duck lover as I am!

I have to say Im a bit disappointed in the ramen. The Duck itself was excellent. The pickled mushrooms interesting. But the noodles and broth were just ok. For $8 it's a pretty small portion. I had to go get some more food after. Can I just get $8 of pure duck next time?

Pastrami sandwich and duck fat fries $10

I ordered the pastrami sandwich with duck fat fries. It was great and I'm glad I gave this truck a try. My fries were overly salty. I'm not sure if it's the nature of it, but the sandwich was so good, the fries didn't even matter. $10 total

Really nice presentation.... I was super excited to have a duck confit taco, unfortunately there just wasn't any explosion of flavors. Nothing stood out. All four of us were quite disappointed.

I associate intense, rich, fatty flavor with duck. I immediately jumped in line to try Duck Ramen at Off the Grid Picnic. They're incredibly friendly but the ramen was rather disappointing. The duck itself was good and i enjoyed the poached egg. Ramen is all about the broth though! My ramen expectations are pretty high from living in the bay area and southern california. The broth lacked flavor and the duck couldn't hold up again it. I think a duck truck is great though and I'll have to come back and try their sandwiches.

I've ordered the duck confit tacos twice at OtG's Picnic at the Presidio. Both times the food was delicious, served quickly, and priced reasonably ($6 for 2 tacos). Service is also very friendly here. I look forward to returning and trying some of their other duck specialties!

This is a gem of a Food Truck when you see it at an event as I did tonight at the Foster City Wednesday event. Presentation was awesome and the meal was delicious and tender. Gotta try it.

Duck Pastrami - This slider makes me want to betray my brisket BBQ loving ways and move into this food truck so I can eat this forever.

I ordered the Seabass with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and some olive trimmings. my boyfriend got the building your own meal thing and he had some sort of fish with shrimp and brussels sprouts without the candy bacon but they were way too sweet for both of our liking! I guess we're just more traditional and we like regular brussels sprouts without all the sugar. Lol. Both dishes were really well prepared and had great sauces or dips/marinades with them. At least when it came to the fish concepts. We were also able to order a bottle of white wine, which went perfectly well with our seafood and everything came out in a timely matter! I was very impressed with everything, especially since we were eating so late at night on a Thursday night. Hee I would love to come back and try a couple more items on their menu!! They also had a TV screen/monitor showing all their items that I didn't realize until after I ordered my food, but there were so many delicious looking items on that picture screen I wish I would have looked at that before I picked my items from the menu, but I just reading the details. Pictures say 1000 more words! Lol oops! I will definitely be back!

I rec the salad with the vegan burger as it's really well made and its tastes are wonderful - their wine selection is great and their happy hour deals on wine is small but worth it. Your meal will run you in the $75 range but your paying former prices for an amusement park-style of price spike.

I think because the customers are mostly hotel guests, service is not so emphasized. They just leave the customers on their own; I see that there's either the alone business travel customer who ate with ear buds on and scrolling the phone, or a group who sat and chat with no server interruptions. We started with the bar tender and after we decided to sit down in a separate area to eat, our bar tender only came over to take our order and then since we only had ordered water for drinks, he asked if we wanted to have a tap open. When we said no, he just closed the tap and gave us the bill before our food arrived. The menu has a few categories to suit people eating at different times. I like the Pan Fried Red Fish which came on a bed of white rice and bak choy soaked in some mild curry sauce. The Wagyu Burger came with some interesting purple bread but my friend said it wasn't good at all as the beef patty was not juicy that it didn't seem like it's wagyu. We did not try the cocktails as they seemed pricey at over 20 bucks for a glass.
