It's not watered down like other restaurants, it's full bodied and meats (tripe and pata) are soft. I do wish we had an option of hominy that we can request. So thats not a good feeling when that part of someone's order but recourse is to drive back or let third party know to get a few dollars off. We prefer to receive order and enjoy. TBH, there isn't much servicing happening beyond someone taking you to your room and handing off the mics and letting you do your thang. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I only wished I had know beforehand that food and drinks are okay to bring in on your own. There is a neighboring business where we ended up buying snacks and foods at but I would have loved a few bags of jerky and XX Hot Cheetos.
