I got my tooth pulled, had a bad reaction to the medication and after that it all went to hell! Almost literally :( 2019 + 2020 were some of the worst years for my skin ever! :( Redness +swelling +peeling +rash +itch +burn everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Im talking head to toe, with my face being the worst off. Finally March 2021 I got to a place where it felt safe to try to manage my facial skin cosmetically again. I got a hydra facial with Sarah and my confidence has been restored. I am so happy! Skin tone, texture and elasticity of my face have improved immensely. This is the happiest I've been with my face in almost 3 years. I still have a ways to go but the quick improvement I've seen since my hydra facial a week ago has made me incredibly hopeful for the future. I will be back soon for another hydra facial and I also want to try the TempSure + IV treatments. Sarah and the reflections staff are so kind! I love it there ~ xoxo

Usha is simply professional, knowledgeable, and confident in her stellar work on skin. This shows through from the initial consultation of what areas she feels we should work on, through her steady handiwork, to the end results. Every time I leave the studio, the results I gain are two folds. And the days following you can clearly see the results. They say skin can glow, and I actually used that phrase after seeing her every time. I can't recommend Usha and her wonderful skills enough. With my own terrible skin regimen, she always knows what to do to repair, rejuvenate, and hydrate my skin. I have always had a variation of concerns with my face that she was able to address. Some of the key issues she has been able to take care of is acne, discoloration in scarring, overall skin health, and her jeweled skillset in dermaplaning to bring out the brightness in new skin. I make sure to get a brow wax/shaping from Usha as well, her artistry in shaping is incredible. I also love listening to her knowledge in skincare, her experiences, and wonderful personality. I am grateful for my opportunity with Usha while she continues to have openings whenever I need her. She is absolute STAR quality and I hope she'll continue to fit me in when she's famous!

I went to the building which is tucked behind the Ford dealership near Barnes & Nobles in Braintree, found the red building, and went up to the fourth floor and met Patrice and Jack at the office. The office was bright and clean and the staff incredibly welcoming. Patrice went over all of my options and I decided on getting the non-surgical nose job, the under eye filler, a little bit of Botox for a brow lift, and Botox near the corners of my mouth to remove the frown lines. I honestly only thought I would walk away with just a quote, or possibly get one procedure, but incredibly the services were so so so affordable I was shocked and gladly get them all and I'm so happy I did! My results are phenomenal, Patrice is a true expert at injectables. She also got me signed up with the actual manufacturers of the fillers and Botox so that I would earn credits and discounts for my services. I found it fascinating that no other MedSpa ever offered this before. I asked Patrice why that me be, and she said because it's a bit of a process on the MedSpa to confirm with the manufacturers that I actually got the procedures and the other chain Med Spas probably don't care to give any extra credits or discounts. I had never had under eye filler or the non-surgical nose job and I was super nervous. When I go back to see Patrice I will be so excited because now I know how amazing her results are! I already got a compliment from my mom video chatting that I looked incredibly well rested and really refreshed. She couldn't quite figure out what exactly I had done and I didn't tell her just yet because I wanted to see if she saw a difference and sure enough she did. Can't wait to go into work tomorrow and watch all my co-workers give me a second look cuz I can't quite figure out why I look 5 years younger! I was also super psyched when Patrice said she had enough filler left over to Contour my cheeks because we didn't use all of it during the non-surgical nose job. So bonus! She use the rest do a slight left around the cheekbone area which I thought was incredibly smart and thoughtful on her end. Another interesting aspect of my visit that I feel the need to share as I asked Patrice how I could get rid of the good old Irish red splotchy skin on my face so maybe one of these days I can go makeup free completely to work oh, well maybe with a little bit of mascara, and I really thought Patrice was going to tell me to go for the chemical peel and maybe the light therapy but she gave me really sound and solid advice on what serums to use first before I go down that path. I didn't feel like she was ever pressuring me or trying to motivate me to spend more money and I feel like she had my best interest with regard to my desired result at heart. I cannot recommend Peak Image enough!!! Thank you guys!

I got a one-hour massage with the spa owner. Overall I thought she had good technique, especially…read moreon my arms and legs. But when she worked on my upper back, neck and traps (areas that can often present problems for many people, and in some ways can be the most important parts of a massage to 'get right', or should I say, to not 'get wrong', sometimes her technique seemed a bit odd and didn't strike me as being necessarily appropriate. Massage began with my laying on my back. (Most other places I've been to, however, do the opposite...they have you start laying face down, and towards the latter half of the massage they have you turn over, onto your back...). In any case, before she began the massage, she'd asked me what I wanted to focus on. I told her I had tension in my neck and shoulders that I'd like her to work on. And while that is typically my problem areas, I've never had any other massage places have me start by laying on my back. In any case, she began the massage by diving right into my neck and shoulders, doing some pressing. (She didn't first run her hands lightly over me anywhere.... let me first feel the warmth of her hands laying on me, etc. ....nothing that most other massage places do, to help ease the client into the body work, first.) So because I was already experiencing tightness and a bit of soreness, prior to my coming in for the massage, my instinct upon her just diving in there and pressing hard on my neck, was, naturally, to tighten up and try to 'protect' the areas that were already experiencing discomfort. She also was turning my head, first to the left...working down the back of my neck up along the side of my neck...then she turned my head to other side, to do the same. I've had many a masseuse do this technique to me before, but they've all done this towards the END of the massage. Either way I found it odd that she did this all stuff right off the bat, at the start of the massage. As a result, I could not relax, and so did not enjoy that portion of the massage or find it helpful vis-a-vis my neck/shoulder tension, at all.. She should have eased into it...before doing all that intense pressing and turning of my head/neck. Also, when she was pressing on my neck, it was as if she were doing all the moves and techniques that she was taught, but yet, I didn't feel that she was really paying attention to how I might be responding to her pressure, or that she was actually 'in tune' with my body and what I might actually be in need of. It was as if she were literally going on the language that I first told her (that I had neck tension) and so she seemed to think that the way to address that was to 'just start pressing hard all over your neck' (sort of like how an untrained masseuse might do). Part of what makes a good masseuse is not just technique and an understanding of the body, but in paying attention to the client....'listening' to their body...observing how the client's muscles, connective tissue etc. respond to whatever the masseuse is doing.... The rest of the massage was very good, especially the work she did on my arms, hands, legs, feet. That said, there was also something odd she was doing with my shoulders...trying to manually move/rotate my shoulders...almost like 'shoulder rolls'...that felt like an odd/not helpful technique to me. I should also add that, I made an appointment, over the phone, for a one-hour massage (which I expected would be $75, since that is the first 'basic massage' price, that appears at top of their massage price list on the website). I never indicated on the phone that I were looking for any other type of massage. I simply said 'massage', nor did the person on the phone ever ask me to clarify whether I wanted a basic massage or something more specialized. When I arrived at the spa, and when the masseuse/owner came into room and asked me what I wanted her to work on, I said 'tension in my neck and shoulder'. This is a question most masseuses ask, before they begin a standard massage session. It was only later, after my husband and I had left the salon (and he paid the bill) that he told me they charged $95 for my massage, vs $75. It seems they made an assumption (perhaps because I said I had tension in my neck and shoulders) and charged me for a 'deep-tissue massage'. They should have confirmed the pricing with me, before beginning the massage, making sure I were aware that if a 'deep tissue massage' were in order, that it would cost more. They should not have made an assumption that I either wanted a 'deep tissue massage', or that we'd be willing to pay more for that. The spa space is nice overall and the treatment room décor, ambiance and music nice. The quality of the massage oil also felt quite good.
