I will never go back and definitely do not recommend Vanessa. A few examples unaware of my appointment therefore ignored the doorbell and the knock at the door (Vanessa the girl who unfortunately was doing my nails opened the door with attitude and stated "do you have an appointment" (like wtf); had to text number and then was told my appt was not until the afternoon; had to show proof of my appointment; girl doing my nails burned my nails several times because she was rushing because she was unaware of my appt.; two set pedicure process I didn't want the second step because I was uncomfortable and just wanted to be done was then told "you know you'll still have to pay full price for the pedicure" (not what she said but how she said it and had to let her know I'm aware and money isn't an issue for me TUH) she then proceeded to make a smart comment (very unprofessional and immature); in front of her manager she wanted to act professional so I played along with her; at the end of my service she says "now you can leave and enjoy the rest of your day" (honey I'm off you're the worker TUH I hope you are able to enjoy the rest of your day).

I was so happy for her when she opened her own place. My nails are always on point. She's meticulously clean, in 20 years I've never worried about getting a fungus or anything! As a matter of fact when I was looking for a new salon I had gone to her maybe a couple of times & I tried a place someone else had recommended. Less than 2 weeks I noticed some green!
