The space was in a small, quaint downstairs location near Champs Elysees with Frank Sinatra setting the ambiance.
We went during early dining hours on a weekday so we had the place to ourselves.
The chef personally delivered the dishes. Our waiter disappeared after we ordered and never gave us our drinks but our chef's warmth and hospitality made up for that!He was very welcoming and kept checking in on us. He even dimmed the lights for my husband and I, and gave us complimentary lobster bisque soup shooters to try!
We got the lobster basil pasta and the veal chop with a side of rice. Both mains are beautifully plated hefty dishes and were well seasoned and tasty. The rice was very fragrant and was seasoned with a special sauce that complimented the veal, which was lovely.
Overall a lovely experience and we were happy with our food and visit to Pleine Terre. The food was on the pricier side (€88 for veal
Chop and €96 for the lobster pasta) but we obtained a discount from fork that made the value and taste of the food reasonable along with the great hospitality of the chef.
