The chef Nakatani opened his own restaurant later last year. He does something..... a little bit different from other fellow Japanese chefs, the way to extract or combine,,,,,hmm that was the first thing I noticed.
All the delicate complexes and flavors were there, lovely presentation and all the rest.
I liked them though somehow the order of meals was not stacked up very much - at that time for me, it was a bit overpowering for what I expected ;)
Probably having the cheese ( it was the option of course ) that much was not a good idea either - I must amid.
Anyway I would like to try again to see more how he does...
It is in deed a beautiful restaurant and the course menu is very reasonably priced for that quality. So its definitely worth the try! read more
