I don't dry clean much... and it showed. Dropped two shirts off and figured all is well, how bad…read morecould it be?! Two button up basic shirts, people. Like.... Two dress shirts. Basic shirts. Catch my drift? $28!!! Yikes. My buddy says he pays $6 at another place. And just like that I'll never go back.

Let's start off by saying I have gotten literally hundreds of dollars of alterations done here in…read morethe past and never had an issue. There was a lady that used to do the alterations, and I'm not sure if she has left, or taken a step back, but it's gone down hill dramatically. We took my father's jacket here for my wedding, to get a button moved to make the jacket a little looser fit. They moved one button, when there are two buttons, that needed to be moved to match the holes. But, when they moved the one button, they didn't even line up the jacket. When he put it on, the bottom of one side of the jacket was longer than the rest. When we took it back to get it fixed, he said "it's close enough". Close enough??? For the father of the brides jacket? Close enough is not good enough, I couldn't have sewn it myself for "close enough". He also said "you say you want it this way". First, he meant moving the but to made the fit better, not that he wanted it cockeyed. That's the literal job of a seamstress. I will NEVER return, and will be disputing the charges with the credit card company. He also said he cleaned it, so we had to pay, even though we NEVER asked for cleaning.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY…read more If you are there when they close and your clothes are in the dryer, regardless of the amount of time (money) left on the dryer, the dryer will automatically shut off on you, and it DOES NOT refund your money. The employees response is, "we have hours of operation on the door, and we don't refund money." Additionally, they place a piece of paper on the wall that state the hour. And that the doors do lock. HOWEVER, these papers DO NOT warn people about what happens with the machines. When putting time on the machines or will not prevent you from going over the closure time. This plays STEAL your money and will not refund it. Ps. I have noticed that ALL negative reviews on google get a nasty response from the owner with NO personal accountability, which is an indication of poor customer service. It is statistically impossible for a business to be perfect. Thus, instead of addressing the issues, they berate the customer.

I give this place four stars because its very good, but I've been to a better laundromat in terms…read moreof keeping guests entertained while they wait. As far as the washers, they are working properly (at least the one i'm using today) and they have the contactless payment feature where you scan a QR code and don't need quarters. However, I scanned it today and that feature took me to a page that said something like "information not found" - perhaps my lack of tech savvy was part of this issue, so maybe the method works, maybe it doesn't. There are tables inside, a television on, and the location is conveniently located next to food and a gaming shop to help you pass the time. The bill changer says it takes up to 20 dollar bills, but today was only accepting $5 and $1 bills. If you read my review of the last laundromat I visited (which was in Utah) you'll see I complained that the SPEED QUEEN machines in that facility were not soaking the clothes and thus not getting them free of their stink. At this place, the same brand, but different model machines are doing the job properly. My clothes are currently soaked and spinning. This is a decent laundromat and I would use it again. Last washer load must be started by 8pm.
