The employees response is, "we have hours of operation on the door, and we don't refund money." Additionally, they place a piece of paper on the wall that state the hour. And that the doors do lock. HOWEVER, these papers DO NOT warn people about what happens with the machines. When putting time on the machines or will not prevent you from going over the closure time. This plays STEAL your money and will not refund it. Ps. I have noticed that ALL negative reviews on google get a nasty response from the owner with NO personal accountability, which is an indication of poor customer service. It is statistically impossible for a business to be perfect. Thus, instead of addressing the issues, they berate the customer.

There are tables inside, a television on, and the location is conveniently located next to food and a gaming shop to help you pass the time. The bill changer says it takes up to 20 dollar bills, but today was only accepting $5 and $1 bills. If you read my review of the last laundromat I visited (which was in Utah) you'll see I complained that the SPEED QUEEN machines in that facility were not soaking the clothes and thus not getting them free of their stink. At this place, the same brand, but different model machines are doing the job properly. My clothes are currently soaked and spinning. This is a decent laundromat and I would use it again. Last washer load must be started by 8pm.
