Poor GameStop, any business that caters to a largely young, largely male client base is likely to…read moreget kicked around by the florid disgruntled. The negative reviews seem to be of the "how dare they not make an exception for me!" Variety. So in order to pay karma back for all the things I've self-righteously crabbed about needlessly, I am trying to make an effort to leave positive comment when someone of some business does a particularly good job. This Game Stop store is doing a job worthy of comment. I have had moments of uneven service at other GameStop's over the years, but this particular store (Roosevelt in Berwyn) does a excellent job and should be applauded for making an effort. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy-car-salesman-aggressive helpful. In the few instances where I had questIons or a problem, the staff never hesitated to provide excellent service. The clerks regularly have checked my account to point out coupons, rewards or other savings I could take advantage of. They have always been more than fair when I have traded in games or consoles. This store, it's management, and staff have consistently done an exemplary job representing the GameStop company.

Located in a strip mall on the southwest side of Chicago in the neighborhood of Ashburn, this cellphone shop on steroids is worth the trip from anywhere in Chicago for these real deal savings. I am picky and difficult to impress but this shop has me hooked and saves me a bunch of money. I initially was referred here by a friend to repair the screen of my brand new iPhone. As I entered I couldn't help but notice the giant walls full of phone cases and video games. I was greeted immediately and offered assistance. I' explained my mishap to the employee who then assessed the damaged phone. He then took my contact info and ensured me he would be able to fix my phone. The best part....
