Upon telling him that he stated over the phone 145.00 and not 125.00 (which was absolutely true), he continued to lie and insist he stated 125.00. On eBay, a used Oculus Quest 2 sells for a little more than 200.00. It was a complete rip-off and he knew it but that's how he operates -- He tells the customer a price offer over the phone, the customer drives and wastes gas to get there, then while you're there, he lowers the price and says, "I didn't say that," with a bright red face flushing full of dishonesty. I've been coming here for over a decade and this place is just top notch! They do everything and more. They offer one of the greatest selections of videos i've ever seen. But besides that they have great deals and even offer home delivery! Now I have yet to find a place that can beat their selection of movies but the games....99 cent video games. can I say WOW enough!?! Another nice thing is that they offer a service where they professionally repair scratched damaged discs. So you do not need to worry about getting a movie that will never work. But let me break down the best things about them... 1) When it comes to TV Shows...They rent them by the box - not the disc like the other stores. Saves alot of $$$$. 2) They have tons of specials 3) They delivery and Pickup! 4) More videos then the chains (like thats hard to do) 5) Special Editions and Uncut versions of films! 6) Huge Anime Section which several box sets available to rent 7) Classics from going back to the silent films 8) Unlimited monthly packages so you can rent as much as you want. 9) And video games...oh the video games. only 99cents a day!!! This place has a little bit of everything! read more

I use to have a Netflix account and swore I'd never rent from a store again until I walked in this store. THIS IS A GREAT VIDEO STORE! I bought my PS3 and was looking for some games and was told to try them out. I loved it here. To top all things they even carried Blu-Ray movies for my PS3 system so I was able to rent those too. No more waiting for my mailbox. They have a huge selection for a small store. Better then you'll ever find at blockbuster. Like the other post mentions they do deliver which is nice. But those TV Show box sets are awesome!!! No more waiting for the next disc to show up in the mail. You just pick up the whole season all at once for no extra charge. SWEEET! read more

The Good: I would pay just to chat with the owners. These guys are a fountain of knowledge when it comes to music, especially Chicago-based music. If anyone can ever pull together the funds to open a Chicago Music Museum, these are the first people you want to talk to. The Bad: The shop needs a deep cleaning. A lot of the music is unaccessible and will take unpacking and "digging" to find what you want. The music that is accessible, for the most part, is not protected by plastic and most items are in "good" to "poor" condition. You will be hard pressed to find any pristine items here. And, unfortunately, prices do not reflect the condition. All items seem to be priced at the high end of the scale. Conclusion: A record shop worth visiting... yes, it is worth the drive if you are not from the area. You will find records you've never seen before, and may never see again, but be prepared to pay higher than online prices.
