All three occasions were absolutely amazing. I dealt directly with Argentina herself who is absolutely wonderful. She really knows what she is doing. I loved all of my wedding and engagement photos. Yes, the pricing is expensive but it is top quality work and it is worth every penny. As far as my buduior shoot, I was very nervous. I am a plus size woman and I am very self conscious of my body. Argentina and her staff made me feel very comfortable and the positions were difficult but she definitely made me look good. I have PCOS and it affects my weight(185#) and weird hair growth. I have anxiety which has caused other problems. I NEVER thought I could do something like this. Just talking to the lady to schedule the appointment was terrifying but she made me feel comfortable. Trying to walk into the building the day of the appointment was a whole other challenge. I talked myself into it and made it in through the door. I was greeted by the most kind women that assured me it would be a great expierience. One thing that helped was to know that they all had to expierience this when getting hired. They all know the feelings I was feeling that day. My make up was beautiful. I'd wear make up all the time if I could make it look like that! Then came time to take "it" all off somehow I did that, too! Once they started taking pictures it was so easy! She told me where to go, how to pose, where to put my had/arm etc etc. I couldn't believe how comfortable I was wearing nearly nothing! I ended up purchasing all of the photos at the end on a drive. Was it expensive...well yeah. They work hard! Was it worth it...100%. My husband's reaction was priceless. 1st thing he said was that he's always seen these on facebook but never thought I would do that. For his 30th birthday I had surprised him with a trip to his first michigan game and bought him an authentic jersey. I wore that jersey for part of the photo shoot. I also took a few other photos in a bralette and panties. My advise...if you ever thought this would be neat but not sure if you could then just do it!!

There's a totally unassuming vibe to the studio and all of the artists who work there are very down to earth and welcoming. I wish I could have the hair and makeup team with me each and every day! Heather knew I was a bit uncomfortable and her coaching led to some amazing photos that I am going to cherish. Any friends who I have shown have been speechless. Yes, it's way more make-up than I usually wear, and all of that white light helps, but Heather really seems to get the essence of who you are and what your potential is. Everyone had so much fun dressing up, trying new outfits, and exploring the sets.  Heather was fantastic with being a hype woman, giving first-timers guidance on poses, and creating a special atmosphere.  We got to look through everyone's pictures at the end, which was a great way to wrap the party. I bought a number of accessories from him that I needed for my bikes (I have many!) I really love that they have an appointment system for bike repair. The home section is great--last week I went in looking for a new wire whisk and came out with a new wire whisk and about five people checked off my Christmas shopping list. I like to find odd items people wouldn't buy for themselves, like wine glass accessories or a funky jewelry box. And right now, it is chocolate central! Checkout is fast and the employees are always very nice to me. And, for some reason, it seems that even the music in this store is better than most.

I was in a rush and ordered items from a registry online for instore pick up while I ran more…read moreerrands. They said it should be ready in 2 hours but I received my pickup message in about 30 min. I ran in to grab a gift bag. The store was very clean and organized. I went to service to claim my order and was taken care of immediately. The only thing was the lady taking care of me took her time. She walked very slow to grab my bags and slow bringing them back to the counter. Other than that, all was well. I also saw that no gift receipt comes with online orders even though it came from a registry.
