They told my sister they'd call back and let her know if they had any new switches in stock. They called back and my parents answered and they told them they had one so they went to get it. They sold my elderly parents a used switch with generic pieces for $380. They thought it was brand new and weren't told once that it was used or that they couldn't return it. When my sister saw it and tried to return it they said they don't accept used items for return that they are final sale. A used switch is not worth that much money especially not with generic parts. This store will scam you without a hesitation. Take your money elsewhere. They are not decent human beings. Who cons older people? That is disgusting. read more

I had to make a trip back to the store because a Nintendo game they sold me didn't work. I was offered store credit in lieu of a refund (which I only accepted because I was interested in other stuff they had), picked up as PS2 game instead and found out when I got home that it only included Disc 2 of the 2-disc set, which now makes it useless (oh well, it was $10). Pricing seems decent and they have a good range of overall merchandise. Unfortunately, good Genesis / Nintendo games are harder and harder to come by, and their Genesis collection mostly consists of awful sports games. Beware! They will not refund defective merchandise! They sold me either a defective SNES game or a game from a different region that will not play on an American SNES and they refused to refund my money! Horrible business practice and customer service! They only kept talking about how the game will increase in value which I could care less about. I just wanted a functioning game. They also suggested that my system was broken and they could repair it. My system has played through several different games already so I know my system is fine. They do not know their products well.
