I am posting this as a caution before you book online. Make sure you call first. We were looking for my son's birthday in February and their calendar showed all open weekends in Jan and Feb. I called to ask about games because the games listed on their website are all old and she told me they are closed until March. No information is posted at all on the website and they would have processed my payment. read more

We have done video game truck parties for the last 3 years. Chicago Game and Go by far is the best. We will be using them again and I will highly recommend them to anyone that asks. Everyone was so nice, communicated very well with scheduling, confirming and their ETA the day of our sons party. You guys were amazing, our son had the best day today! I'm giving Chicago Game and Go 1 star because of the way they handled my booking. I made an inquiry about their service and availability over the phone on the 7th of May, 2019 for a Family event happening in July, 2019. Right away after the lady said they were available and open for the hours I chose, I made a down payment of 50% of my total to secure the date and time slot. On the 20th of May, 2019 I received a call from the game company that they have a community event booked for the same day over lapping my time slot which was 3pm -5pm. This lady who called offered me 2 options: 1, schedule them for the morning of my event because the other event they have starts at "1pm and ends at 5:30pm... with a possibility of an extension till 9pm." 2, they can schedule me for another day. After I turned down both options, the lady said she'll call other gaming company to see if they can fill in their slot at my event. At the end of the day she was unable to get any game truck for my event and I had to ask for my refund. Not only is this game company disappointing, the lady that called me was extremely rude with no sense of customer service what so ever. I DO NOT recommend this gaming company due to their lack of experience of handling their bookings for events and also their lack of customer service. They waited 2 weeks before letting me know. I'm assuming the right thing for any company that provides such service is to make sure they have no prior bookings before taking new ones. read more

Hired Chicago Game and Go for my son's 7th Birthday! Very Satisfied with the overall experience! Had a fairly large group of children ranging in age from 5-14, and they all had a fantastic time. Chicago winter did not make the day easy, snowy rain cold conditions, however, none of the children noticed, they were warm and comfortable. There were three coaches that were all attentive and friendly. All of my guests were impressed with the experience. I would absolutely recommend and use again in the future... read more

Game Stop on Weber Rd is giving out false information and faulty systems…read more My son bought a used XBox on June 16 and the associate on the clock told him he had 30 days to return it. The box was marked as 30 day return. We were assured it worked and had even bought the extra warranty with it just in case that covered everything. The person working that sold it to us and told us verbally also you have 30 days to return it to get a refund. Assistant manager Jon said the associate had the wrong information. Again how is this our issue??? The system was faulty and lagging so my son took it back today and was told he would either have to sell it on Marletplace or trade it in. Why??? It had a 30 day return policy. They did say they would buy it off of him if he traded it in. He is a minor and was told to sign a paper. Should not have happened again last time I checked a minor. We went it because needless to say we were not happy! The assistant manager Jon told us oh well the associate should have verified he was 18 before having him sign. Didn't happen!!! We then wanted to get the system back so we can ship it in because apparently default systems can get a refund if we ship it but then again Assistant Manager Jon said there isn't anything they can do once a trade goes through it can't be reversed. Of course I was mad because a minor was told to sign a paper for trade was only to be signed by an adult 18 or older. He was given a gift card to use and it couldn't be reversed either so now infuriated. We told him to find what he can use the gift card on that is new and never opened because anything used they don't stand behind. Needless to say we have number to corporate and hope to get it resolved as my son is now out over $200.00 due to their misinformation. Will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

What frustrated me most was leaving empty-handed after making such a long trip. Even if the policy couldn't be changed, a little more patience, empathy, or guidance would have gone a long way. High and low dive and a pontoon teens can swim 50 yards over 15' to 18' deep water to hang out with friends and no parents ( the pontoon reminds me of penguins or seals on one their annual remotely and isolated beaches - I'm confident similar biological urges are play for them as well ). There's a rigorous swim test for younger youth, which is perfect bc I'd only feel comfortable with smaller sized kids 50 yards out on the pontoon with twelve to fifteen 16 yo boys and four to five teen females. Every part of the beach area, water and the common ground where hundreds of families chill all day on Sat and Sun. Love it.

Because of this, they were only allowing season pass holders to enter and were not selling day passes. We completely understand that facilities have occupancy limits and appreciate the staff for enforcing them. Our frustration is with the lack of communication beforehand. A major event with limited public access should have been clearly posted on the website well in advance so families wouldn't make the trip unnecessarily. To make matters more confusing, the hours listed on Apple Maps and Google Maps were inaccurate, and the website was difficult to navigate. The notice about the capacity restrictions wasn't posted until about an hour before we were turned away. While we were there, we heard several other families expressing the same frustration. No hard feelings toward the employees--they were simply doing their jobs. However, the organization behind the website and event planning should do a much better job communicating closures, capacity limits, and special events to the public.

Located on the Naperville / Oswego border where 95th St dead-ends into Wolf's Crossing Rd, this public park incorporates 33 acres of carefully planned and meticulously maintained space. It's the perfect answer when asked by your kid for the umpteenth time "wHaT aRe wE dOoOiNg ToDaY?" This complex features a playground, splash pad, covered pavilion, basketball courts, sand volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts, a lookout point with sledding hill and a ninja warrior obstacle course. It connects to various biking trails and there's onsite public bathrooms with plenty of parking. The ~100ft zipline is a standout feature and draws a considerable line on busier days. Watching kids nearly get yeeted off into the bushes makes for great theater! I assume the weight limit is 200lbs so next time I'ma have a go at it (get outta my way, kids!) The only thing missing is concessions, as the lone pop machine near the restrooms didn't appear to work. I think there's enough people here on a routine basis to warrant building a snack shop! I'd love to serve nachos and root beer to hungry peeps, as long as I got paid $25/hr. * TL;DR * This idyllic, multi-faceted rec area is fully deserving of its perfect rating. Wolf's Crossing Community Park was built with young children and special accommodations in mind, easily accessible to all ages & abilities. The fam spent several hours here (granted, most of them were confined to the splash pad) and we barely scratched the surface. I can't wait to beast through that legit obstacle course some day when I remember to wear close-toed shoes. Ain't no way my clumsy ass is making it through there in flip flops. WCCP has tons of what we in the gaming realm refer to as "replayability", essentially, is there enough stuff to do on repeat visits? You bet there is! I love this company! My kids and their friends had such a good time. It's a climate controlled trailer, there are 5, 55 inch tv's, a long, leather couch that runs the length of the trailer, and a Playstation, Nintendo Switch and XBox at each TV. Included with the party are two Game Coaches, basically a designated adult, who helps to put the games in for the kids based on their requests, and who also facilitates the game play. Although I didn't end up booking with them, This review is mainly on their customer service. I asked for a quote for a party which was literally a last minute thing. The lady I spoke to was very nice and she tried to work with me but the times were just not going to work. I was very pleased on how straight forward they were with all of my questions.
