    Hot milk

I've gone to this location about 5x due to relocation of my job. There's an elderly lady with blondish/brown hair who does not make my white chocolate latte correct & she's rude. Doesn't greet customers when entering the building. It taste like hot milk. There's another young lady with black hair who makes it perfect & very friendly. I have made a choice to not visit this location again. I'm wasting money for hot milk when I can make it at home if that's what I want.

Their coffee was good It was not exciting I was expecting a more bold robust flavor in my cappuccino Location is good but kind of hidden on the backside of the Elmwood shopping strip Maybe next time I will try their cafe latte with a double shot and see if it is any better What is great is that they have a drive through for your convenience

Little outlet stations everywhere, perfect for working. I may move in.

They've redone the interior and it is absolutely adorable! The workers are friendly and helpful, and the coffee/tea is consistently good. Love it!

Free coffee for military in uniform. Coffee is pretty good and compared to any other coffee place in the area, it is a well-deserved & relative 4-star establishment. Sometimes the staff can be jerks but guess what? You are in the armpit of America. You, as the customer, are doing every employee paid to serve you a favor by asking them to do their job. You get that concept and that part of NOLA is easy like Sunday morning.

I know these stores all get a bad rap that their employees are indifferent but their flavored coffee is the best!

I've been to several stores in the area, and the coffee is consistently good and the flavored coffee is some of the best I've had The employees are mostly the same everywhere, it's hard to get kids to care about service these days. They are no better or no worse than other chains

    Early morning stop in!

Great place to grab a cup of mid day coffee. Coffee is good enough (and very consistent) and the staff is always nice.

Second time out of protein. My drink was clearly not blended well enough considering it's more like an iced coffee rather than a velvet ice.

There are very few stores that make an iced mocha the same way, tasting great over and over.

He was welcoming, made suggestions and extended genuine gratitude. He did a great job sharing about the menu since it was our first visit, offered us a sample of their signature drink and sharing details about their refill policy. Perfect 10 on the service. I enjoyed my frozen cappuccino- very creamy, flavorful and a good portion size. My hubby tried the house coffee with lavender flavoring. Definitely something new, but he really enjoyed it. I look forward to returning and enjoyed our first visit.

I have been going to the Puccino's in Harahan for 10+ years and have been a regular customer. I…read moreorder Iced Puccinos every time for me and my kids and have always been happy to support this location. Unfortunately, my last visit was extremely frustrating. For the past three visits, my drinks have been made incorrectly and I was given iced coffees instead. After ordering the same drink for years, I know exactly what it is supposed to taste like. What makes this especially disappointing is that the first two times this happened, it was handled completely different. The lead barista corrected the mistake, and the new employee was polite and apologized. I had no issues with this because mistakes happen. I was also told that the Puccino and iced coffee mixtures are kept in separate gallon jugs, so I understand how a newer employee could accidentally grab the wrong one. This time, however, I took a sip and immediately knew it was iced coffee. Honestly I could tell from the color because one is significantly darker. I politely explained this to a different new employee, but instead of checking the drinks or simply remaking it, he argued with me and insisted it was correct. The manager then came over and became defensive as well, telling me she had watched him pour the drink. At another point, she said she had made it herself, even though the employee had already told me that he made it. When I pointed out the inconsistency, the situation became even more frustrating. I was quickly dismissed and refunded, but the refund wasn't really the point. Mistakes happen. What matters is how you treat a customer when a mistake is brought to your attention. I've watched this location have some genuinely good employees over the years, only to see them leave, and after this experience, I honestly understand why. The customer service and management at this location have gone downhill, which is especially disappointing after being a loyal customer for so many years. I don't expect perfection. I expect someone to be willing to say, "I'm sorry, we made the wrong drink. Let me fix it." That's all this situation needed. Unfortunately, after years of being a regular customer, I won't be returning. My kids love their Puccinos, which is honestly the main reason I continued going, but I can make coffee at home. I don't need to spend my money somewhere that makes me feel like I'm being argued with for politely pointing out that I received the wrong drink. I hope someone above the store-level management sees this and takes a serious look at what is happening at the Harahan location.

The process was pretty easy. It's a nice open space for grabbing a drink and yummy treat. There is no wifi however so it's not the best place to work for the day. Location is right on Veterans, but you have to watch for it in the small strip mall. Plenty of parking in the back and there are entrances on both sides. Clean, well lit, and smells heavenly! I had the worst time deciding because they have everything from tuna salad sandwiches and puddings to the yummy cheese dog danish I devoured. Garlic cheese bread was good and the spinach kale danish was packed with flavor. The almond bun was subtle and not overly sweet. There were several items I had no idea what they would taste like, so I put them on the list for next time. :) Pricing is VERY reasonable. Garlic cheese bread: $2.25, Cheese Dog: $2.30, Spinach Kale Danish: $2.60 and the recycle bag was $1.85. I do plan on returning. I think it's a perfect place for that person who likes to experiment with their taste buds.
