Seemed like lazy knife work in the kitchen. The Wagyu burger was pretty good and cooked to the doneness I requested. The jalapeños I added were diced into really small pieces. No pith. Therefore, no spice. And jalapeno with pith fully removed also has almost no flavor. I'm also not a fan of cheddar cheese on a burger but they don't allow for American or Monterrey Jack. The "fire roasetd tomato basil" soup was decent but still problematic. The cheese included is mozzarela. Never I have had a tomato soup that didn't use parmigian. And the mozzarela was a single gooey lump not sliced at advertised. Also, it was supposed to be "fire roasted" tomato soup. This is a lie. There was zero evidence of roasted tomatoes by sight or taste. I also could not detect by sight or flavor any hint of basil.
