You can sit down in the from noon to 2 PM but if you're already in the restaurant, you can stay for a couple more hours after 2 PM if you want they don't care.:.. You can call to pick up an order between 5 and 8 PM and there is an awful lot of people from town that order his food at night ... including myself.... Do yourself a favor at least stop wants at lunchtime and see why there are so many people in town that are totally in love with this place ... he makes his own bread and crust, and he gets ingredients from overseas because Gus is real fussy about what he sells to people . read more

My first time here was over ten years ago. My husband and I came here for a Friday date night. The place was busy! We had a pepperoni pizza which was very good. Business hours have been cut back since the pandemic. Yelp says the place is open 12-3pm on weekdays, but it's actually 12-2pm and in reality 12-1:45pm, so getting service can be problematic. Twice I drove up at 1:45pm with the doors locked. I finally made it while the place was open. I stopped in Thursday (yesterday) at 5:15pm. Again, the place was busy with several customers waiting for their to-go orders. I ordered a gyro to go before my night class in Bisbee and it took me 15 minutes, as the crew worked as a foursome getting orders out. Service was fast and friendly. Gus was behind the counter slapping out those pizzas, with that proverbial stogie in his mouth. He clearly has fans, as several customers yelled out his name as they came into the restaurant. The Greek Gyro flavor was wonderful, but their " tzatziki" sauce was not at all authentic! It was mayo with chunks of ? in it! Mgmt told me it was NOT mayo! After making authentic international foods for many years, I can honestly say they were not honest, so I will purchase gyros elsewhere from now on. Really tasty pizza and great Greek salad. The pizza is like I remember from the East Coast. Old school delicious! I don't eat processed meat and ask to have it left off the salad. They have very reasonable prices and they take pride in the quality of the food. The sandwiches are popular. I wish they had craft beer! I don't drink Coors or other mainstream beers. I appreciate Gus and the whole neighborhood feel of the place. Sadly they currently don't have sit down eating at dinner, only take out. They often don't answer the phone so it difficult order ahead but service is pretty fast. It's a comfortable place for a sit down lunch, get there well before 2 as I have found them closed a little before 2PM. read more

This is the kind of dive restaurant I live for. Amazing pizza, pasta, salads and more. Homemade sauce, an old but caring Greek owner who refuses to raise his 1980s prices (large delicious pizzas for less than $10!) but who'll be happy to tell you the history between Greeks and Turks, and a great view of the border wall separating the U.S and Mexico. Step past an exterior that makes you wonder if the place is open into a shabby chic interior with smiling and attentive wait staff. If you're in Bisbee, make the trip here. If you're in NYC, book first class seats to Sierra Vista and rent a truck. Doesn't matter where you're from, come here. I stopped for lunch and ended up getting a pizza to go all the way back to Tucson. I'll be back. read more

My girlfriend and I were recommended this place by a good friend and we're glad to finally make the short trip out to Gus' the Greek at Pizzarama! We had shared a Greek salad (which I would come back just for the awesome salad- Greek dressing made in house), both had a Gyro, and shared some of a small Hawaiian Pizza. The Gyro was amazing, best we've ever had and same with the Pizza, the way the ham was smoked on top was incredible! Ordered spaghetti and meatballs with mushrooms, which was alright but nothing in comparison to the awesome Gyros. Great customer service as well form our waitress and Gus his self is a great man who enjoys his customers and treats them all as if he has known them forever!! Love the care taken on every pie I have orderd from Gus's they take the time to really spread all the ordered ingredients all over the pie so you get a bit of what you ordered in every bite all the way to the crispy crust, excellent old stlye pizza and really nice salades try the Greek salade with your Pizza and pour the entire salade on your pizza and serve delicious! read more

Gus the Greek is one of those characters you find in the most unlikely of places, but are so happy they are there!!! We may never know how Gus ended up in Bisbee, but we know he makes the best pizza in town! I've been frequenting this place for over 27 years, and I think the only thing that has changed is the TV in the dining room. When you have something that works and is in demand, why change a thing!!! Although Gus's son is a bigger player in the day to day operations, Gus is never too far away! Gus has the best pizza in Bisbee and reasonably priced, in addition to many other Greek and Italian staples. The people are real. And although the location is hardly "upscale," it's more than worth a try. Gus is beyond classification, someone you wouldn't want to cross, but someone an honest, polite person would never have to. A local told me about this place and I was pleased to eat good pizza surrounded by core Bisbee natives without attitude or pretense, which I cherished. Takeout - Good pizza, so-so salad, nice people there to get dinner from. The only neg observation I have is that we ordered their equivalent to a supreme and the crust was a little soft in the center because of the moisture from the vegs. The gyro may be the best I ever had, its a must have if you go. The pizza looked like nothing I had seen before and was actually disappointed when it arrived. Once I tasted it, I was pleasantly surprised. It's made kind of like a grandma style, not thin crust, not thick but definitely delicious. Gus is a really interesting guy to talk to. They offer baby chairs and infant chairs for families with small toddlers. Beer by pitcher, bottle or nice cold glass to complement the beer. The price is very reasonable and the most you will spend is no more that $14.00 dollars for there House Special pizza. All food price range from $8.00 dollars to $11.95. Overall, great place to eat and not expensive. This is one of the towns "Mom and Pops" family restaurant. Located 10 minutes from Old Bisbee town in the Safeway Plaza in little town of Warren.
