Like the menu, the alcohol selection is very safe--comprised of a ton of beers and liquors you've probably already heard of. I opted for a local delicacy--Bisbee Blue G&T. While I'd prefer they take their chances on a limited menu of real cocktails, it was nice having something new you don't really run into outside of a small town. Your choices of food are basically Mexican, sandwiches, burgers, and barbecue. I went with the West Texas Millionaire Burger and it was certainly worth it.You can't go wrong with truffle or sweet potato fries, either.
