I managed to be in town this Friday when this place was open. They have delicious vegan food. Tourists love this place as it is always busy. Since I was waiting for a friend, I ordered my Cali Burrito to go. It was huge! I like the narrow and colorful decor on the patio. The cheesy sauce on my burrito was delicious. I got two meals out of it, but was a bit disappointed with how much of the bulk was from French fries. I would have preferred more black beans and spice.

Our 1st time visiting Bisbee and this location was recommended as we are plant based. Appreciated them being open Memorial Day weekend. We had a chance to shop the store located same spot. Customer service was great, food huge portions and delicious. Truly enough to share a plate . We enjoyed the patio concept and smell of fresh flowers by the entryway proved for a relaxed ambiance.

Had a great brunch here and the portions were huge. We had their Chimichanga, price was reasonable as well

The little restaurant and market are both dog friendly. This made me very happy. The restaurant is small and in an alleyway outside but so fun. I got the quinoa salad, which was AMAZING. Talk about a salad done right. It had guacamole, broccoli, tofu, cauliflower all seasoned perfectly. I wolfed it down. You order and the window and the kitchen staff bring it to your table. There were also options for beer which I really enjoyed as well, especially since they were mostly local. The market itself was a joyful overload to my senses. I got tons of goodies, and was spoiled with choices. I cannot wait to come back and discover new items. It was very crowded, but everybody was polite and respectful. The market also has sake, beer and wine! The sake was amazing, a must try. I'm considering a monthly Pocos pilgrimage, it was that amazing.

Please note that they have super limited hours (even on Saturdays they close at 4 pm). If you order at 4:01 they will NOT accommodate! At least they didn't when I was there (I got lucky and ordered at 3:52). It does take a while to get your food, and there is nothing special about any of the ingredients (basically none of the main protein ingredients are made from scratch) so I don't think it should take that long. I got a sausage burrito and it was pretty good (but I was also super hungry) and, once again, nothing I would write home about... Overall, it's a 100% vegan place in Bisbee, and it is attached to a small 100% vegan store, which is super cool but I think it should be more vegan friendly options in such a hipster town OR they should definitely consider extending their hours if they want to grow their business but maybe it's not the intent.

Don't sleep on this place! What an amazing spot, maybe the best vegan food I've ever had. Delicious, affordable, fresh food. The nachos were the best nachos. Even a meat eater could be content after a meal here. Simple but memorable. This is Bisbee's star!

Rotating beer selection and delicious "whatever the chef wanted to make."

Forever a favorite! Seriously don't miss out. Limited hours but don't let that discourage you. It's beyond worth the wait if it is busy, the consistency and friendly service is what always keeps me going back.

    "Portobello crack"

My husband and I were delighted to find this shop! The selection was great, prices reasonable for a small town, clean, mask wearing enforced which I was happy about. The owner was friendly and chatty, helpful but not intrusive. He offered help if we needed it but otherwise let us browse to our heart's content. We bought a basket full of goods. My husband got their Mushroom & Mac burrito and said it was so good it was like "portobello crack". Lol. This place will be so great to get beer, wine and snacks on weekends in Bisbee and if we ever decide to stay a week or so, we can get all our groceries here.

    Tasty snacks to try

This tiny find is a huge gem on Main St. Great friendly customer service and product set up display. You'll find so many tasty healthy treats. Have fun and try something new. There are a variety of foods, snacks, treats and drink available. Please stop by and support this small yet amazing shop.

    Amazing delicious colorful vegan food

Our waitress/hostess was terrific throughout, from greeting to service. She did forget to mention that there was a small condiments bar in the opposite corner of the restaurant but the tacos were amply accessorized and thus outstanding regardless (I frankly often prefer only cabbage/onion and no sauces because I'm really here to taste, and test, the meat! The asada was really good but the carnitas were the bomb. At $13 for each plate of two 6-inch tacos and no sides it was bordering on steep but this was a sit down experience as well. The venue is typically packed wknds around peak lunch and dinner hours. It's ambiance is traditional "saloon" with wood floors, walls, tables, and chairs. They haven't posted their hours on Yelp and I forgot to take a picture of their front door but the menu pics are Jan 2026!

I'm not sure what they do differently but they're delicious! The tacos all come in sets of 2, not mix and match. Everyone in our group got tacos and everyone was happy and agreed they were quite large and had a lot of filling. I got the Korean pork belly tacos and these were really good! That said, next time I'd try to get someone to split 2 kinds with me as 2 of the pork belly tacos was pretty heavy.

It was hard to have a conversation or even hear the server at times because of the live music out in the common area of the space. The music was good, it was just rather loud. Otherwise the vibe of the space if enjoyable with its nostalgia and stuff. In the past I've ranked my experience five stars but I had to bring it down a notch. I had the meatloaf dinner and my husband had Copper(something) pasta dish. Both were lukewarm at best. The flavors were still good but it wasn't a hot dish by any means, and the meatloaf was a bit saltier than I remember. For the pasta dish, the warm bread was hotter than the pasta dish itself. We didn't send it back because I noticed the server was handling dishes returned to the kitchen at the next table, and our dishes weren't cold or anything, they were just warm. I still maintain they absolutely deserve four stars because I suspect the kitchen might have been having an off night and the food was very good (just the meatloaf was a tad salty). We really enjoyed the mushroom appetizer and the beer selection is excellent.

The margarita tasted like soapwater and the mole dish barely had any mole on it. We both left disappointed. Now the sign has been replaced with "Main Street Bistro" so we decided to try this place again. We did not have margaritas, but settled with water. I had a chicken remix burrito and my friend had a quesadilla with beef consume. The paper menu was hard to read with the green print on white background. Mike was our server. He was friendly enough but not very attentive. He seemed busy with other things. We had to ask for more water. My burrito was a small burrito served with just a small slice of lime. It looked so barren on the plate. It was tasty enough, though. Luckily I wasn't too hungry as I had lunch today at 9am and it was now 5pm. My friend enjoyed her quesadilla. The place was empty. We were the only two people in the restaurant. There was a private party in the back with the fireplace but no other customers. We had to put up with the same dance music playing in the background. The music was either for the owner, or for the people in the private room. There are plenty of vegan dishes on the menu, so for a vegan, this may be a nice place to dine, but we left a little unimpressed. Mike seems to be doing all the cooking himself with no additional help.
