    Chicken flautas.
    Connie G.

I stopped in for Sunday lunch after a walk around Bisbee. I was surrounded by loud Spanish chatting as soon as I walked in. The place was busy. I shared my table with another local woman, Rita, as I sat by myself and there were no other open spots for Rita who came in after me. The interior looks like a diner south of the border: simple decor with one wall TV playing the Duke-Indiana State basketball game which ISU lost. I ordered a chicken burrito with rice and beans on the side. Rita had chicken flautas which she said she has several times a week. My meal was good. The chicken wasn't spiced enough for my liking and I should have asked for salsa. My bad. The rice was bland but the beans were good. My meal was only under $12, so at least it was reasonably priced. The place serves Coke products on tap and nine different bottled beers. I just had water. Service was fast and friendly enough. The servers were busy, too.

The food was great service was extremely great with one cashier. She really nice. We done within hour which was great.

Supposed to be a fresh crispy taco it's a crispy taco shell that was purchased at a grocery store

My husband's three flautas meal were taquitos and not big ones were talking tiny corn tortillas that looks like they had been frozen before frying with just the tiniest little tiny bit meat. They were an appetizer, not a meal and they were not flautas! 10 minutes after we ordered that came and said oh somebody just came and ordered all of our Rice so can we give you extra beans or french fries we asked if they could give us guacamole instead. Funny thing never got rice extra beans, french fries or guacamole. They just shorted us same as true from my dad's Rice! My tacos made Taco Bell taste, and look authentic! After we were done, we went to Burger King so that my husband could get some food! Quite seriously less than 10 minutes from the Mexican border and I get better Mexican food in Washington!

This place is, like most places in the area, a little slow. That being said the staff is friendly and they have a pretty good menu with daily specials and all the Sonoran favorites. They have a drive though for to go orders and if you are in a hurry I recommend calling ahead and using that. Despite looking like a quick/counter service place they provide full table service just grab a table that isn't dirty and relax.

Y'all, this is a fun treat! I'm here visiting from S. Texas, so I had to try some local Mexican food. The fideo and Momoa burrito (bacon wrapped burrito) were very tasty. Service was prompt and friendly as well. Make the trip to try it!

Our waitress/hostess was terrific throughout, from greeting to service. She did forget to mention that there was a small condiments bar in the opposite corner of the restaurant but the tacos were amply accessorized and thus outstanding regardless (I frankly often prefer only cabbage/onion and no sauces because I'm really here to taste, and test, the meat! The asada was really good but the carnitas were the bomb. At $13 for each plate of two 6-inch tacos and no sides it was bordering on steep but this was a sit down experience as well. The venue is typically packed wknds around peak lunch and dinner hours. It's ambiance is traditional "saloon" with wood floors, walls, tables, and chairs. They haven't posted their hours on Yelp and I forgot to take a picture of their front door but the menu pics are Jan 2026!

I'm not sure what they do differently but they're delicious! The tacos all come in sets of 2, not mix and match. Everyone in our group got tacos and everyone was happy and agreed they were quite large and had a lot of filling. I got the Korean pork belly tacos and these were really good! That said, next time I'd try to get someone to split 2 kinds with me as 2 of the pork belly tacos was pretty heavy.

The streets were packed, and I had shown up without reservations expecting the worst. I somehow waited less than 10 minutes to be seated, and had my drink order taken right away. Like the menu, the alcohol selection is very safe--comprised of a ton of beers and liquors you've probably already heard of. I opted for a local delicacy--Bisbee Blue G&T. While I'd prefer they take their chances on a limited menu of real cocktails, it was nice having something new you don't really run into outside of a small town. Your choices of food are basically Mexican, sandwiches, burgers, and barbecue. I went with the West Texas Millionaire Burger and it was certainly worth it.You can't go wrong with truffle or sweet potato fries, either. Portions are huge--perfect after you spend a day walking around for miles. The atmosphere feels like you're in a diner, and it's not as flashy or artsy as a lot of places. That's fine. While there's no flagship dish for foodies to rave about, it's quality food in a prime location that anyone can appreciate.

The margarita tasted like soapwater and the mole dish barely had any mole on it. We both left disappointed. Now the sign has been replaced with "Main Street Bistro" so we decided to try this place again. We did not have margaritas, but settled with water. I had a chicken remix burrito and my friend had a quesadilla with beef consume. The paper menu was hard to read with the green print on white background. Mike was our server. He was friendly enough but not very attentive. He seemed busy with other things. We had to ask for more water. My burrito was a small burrito served with just a small slice of lime. It looked so barren on the plate. It was tasty enough, though. Luckily I wasn't too hungry as I had lunch today at 9am and it was now 5pm. My friend enjoyed her quesadilla. The place was empty. We were the only two people in the restaurant. There was a private party in the back with the fireplace but no other customers. We had to put up with the same dance music playing in the background. The music was either for the owner, or for the people in the private room. There are plenty of vegan dishes on the menu, so for a vegan, this may be a nice place to dine, but we left a little unimpressed. We arrived just under the wire as the last table seated for the evening and were fully prepared to be turned away, but the hostess kindly welcomed us in. As the evening went on, we learned that this is a family-run restaurant, which only added to the charm and warmth of the experience. I ordered the mussels, one of my favorite dishes, while my girlfriend had the artichoke and mushroom lasagna. For dessert we shared the crème brûlée and a caramel nut tart with mascarpone. Both of us have traveled extensively, eaten at many excellent restaurants around the world, and this was genuinely one of the better meals we've had. The restaurant is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, the food was exceptional, and the service matched it perfectly. It felt so special, like we had our own little corner of Bisbee to enjoy the evening. We started with the appetizer sampler, and every single bite was incredible. For our entrées, my husband ordered the duck and could not stop raving about it. It was perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavor. I had the Chilean sea bass, and I'm still thinking about it. It was cooked to absolute perfection. It was tender, buttery, and it truly melted in my mouth. As if that wasn't enough, it was paired with prawns and lobster ravioli... just beyond delicious. Okay, I also have to mention the salad. The salad was fresh and amazing, and just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we were served a lime palate cleanser before our entrée. Such a thoughtful and elevated touch. We were honestly blown away. Our server was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. It made the entire experience feel warm and personal It's rare to come across service that truly enhances a meal like that. And dessert... the crème brûlée was to die for. We paired it with a 10-year tawny port, and it was the perfect ending. It was smooth, rich, and indulgent in all the best ways. This was more than just dinner; it was an experience. Café Roka delivered excellence from start to finish, and we will absolutely be back. The beans were good, the rice way over done. My husband had the chimichanga with enchilada sauce. The chimi was overdone and had the same tough and fatty carne asada. The enchilada sauce was not good. Half of this went to waste as well. Even the margarita's were not good. So for over $50 we enjoyed the chips and green sauce. I really hate to put down a small business. We like to try new places and really help boost the local economy but this was just a money grab. Many older people were coming in as we left.
