We stopped by here for some music and had a good time. The regulars were friendly and chill. The band was world and quite talented. The waitstaff handled the orders well for a bar. All in all, a nice stop. Would recommend making sure there's live music or something similar; if it's anything like the local band we caught there you'll have a great time. read more

A local recommended this place for us, saying their burgers were amazing! We just wanted food to go, and it being a quick drive from where we were staying, decided to go and order. As we walked in, the place is not fancy at all, but the ambiance was very welcoming. We made our way to the bar to place our to go order and got some drinks while we waited. In addition to the drinks we got to enjoy some live music. They played non-stop while we were there, even accepting requests, and having a great time performing. And everyone there was having a blast singing along. After our food was ready, we stuck for one more song and left. Wanted to enjoy it while it was still hot. Double Smash was the burger recommended so, of course had to order it. This has 2 burger patties, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and condiments. With all this you can imagine this being a bit messy but it really was a great burger! We also ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich and loved how juicy the chicken was. Also the size of it. Came here during Covid, they had plenty of seating and it's an awesome old designed building that takes you through a time warp. I love the long saloon bar with the whole decor that seems to transport you back to the early 1900s. Very cool! We ended up grabbing some food and wanted mostly something light. We got the buffalo wings, salad and the fried mushrooms. Pretty much the standard tasting bar food with not much to say it was outstanding by any means. One of the biggest disappointment was the salad. It just seemed like a side salad vs a full salad. It was really tiny for the price which I was hoping it was a larger portion but still was good. Really can't say too much about the food but just was standard bar food. The service and the ambiance is the best part of the place. read more

Came in for a quick lunch/brunch break while walking down the stores and shops in old downtown. We had a pretty decent array of bar room goodies with their selection of really good Jalapeno Poppers, very nicely prepared Fried Zuchini and Mushrooms washed down with ice cold Copper City Ale and Moniker Chardonnay. Great service and ate lunch at the bar with ordering an iced tea and ordered a Cesar Salad and a BLT sandwich on sourdough bread. Fast delivery of both the salad and sandwich together which I thought was strange but no problem as I was not in a hurry. The bartender was very helpful and attentive in checking on me with refills of tea and asking if everything was okay. The salad was great and BLT sandwich was very tasty on the sourdough bread and will be sure to visit for lunch again. read more

Stopped in on the Thursday after Xmas and were surprised at what happened. My wife sat first at the bar and was told by a gal she'd help her. When I arrived minutes later I sat down and the male bartender kept walking by us not making eye contact. He looked busy so we gave it a minute. But then he helped a gal right next to us and when he finished with her he didn't look at us all. The previous bargal smiled at me walking by but again didn't attend to us. We heard the band for the night canceled their show so maybe that made them upset? Or could it be locals get service and tourists don't? We left without ever ordering anything. This place was great and we were the only ones in it! I can imagine how fun it would be in normal times. I took a trip for my birthday and we spent most of the day in Bisbee before heading to Tombstone. Out of all our bar hopping this was probably my favorite. I have grown up in AZ and Bisbee is my favorite town and yet I have never been here until now. I was very glad we stopped by and definitely plan to return to stay and drink here again soon! The bartender was friendly and when I asked what their copper coupe 'glasses' were for he basically said anything, so he made our margaritas in them next round to make it more festive :D if anything it was definitely warm that weekend and don't think they have AC but in another few weeks or so it's going to be perfect! read more

First off I'd like to say this place is as authentic as you can get. We came in for lunch, very friendly staff. They let us know the process for ordering which was great. The menu is nice and small which is always a good sign. I tried the Rueben burger which wss great, my son had the buffalo wings, and my wife had the veggie pannini. Everyone was happy. Internet is pretty sketchy here in town so i wasnt able to read reviews prior to ordering. I did see a gentleman drinking a bloody mary which looked pretty good. I found out later that they use chiltepin water in them so I gotta go back and try one. Its a cool place with a crazy history so you should check it out. read more

I gave this place a 5 but that is only for today because the ladies at the bar were hustling. HOWEVER...lastnight we came in and sat at the bar and all three people ignored us. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes, a guy walked up and they helped him immediately. Cool saloon with a tasty Bloody Mary bar. All the fixings you want and more...I tried pickled cactus spears in mine, not bad. We had the grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch. Just right for us and the sandwich was hot an cheesy and toasted perfectly. They offered a variety of signature cocktails as well as some bottled beer from afar (Bintang from Indonesia)! There's a hotel associated with this place, I think it would be fun to stay there and do a little pub crawl. I LOVED the ambiance of this saloon! It felt like we were actually in the wild wild west. The drinks are super cheap, and pretty strong. There's also free pool and darts. We came when there was a live band, and they played great music. For those that are into ghost stories, there's a folder filled with letters and stories from past guests of the hotel---be sure to ask the bartender for it! There's also pictures with strange shadows and orbs of light. We didn't find any solid evidence of hauntings, but it was definitely entertaining to go through the folder. I was actually a bit nervous when going to the bathroom by myself, but I'm sure it was just my imagination going into action.... read more

Ordering take out? Proceed with caution. I walked in and stood there for a few minutes while a guy worked on his laptop with headphones in and ignored me. Eventually Cool Bartender Girl walked in, apologized, told the guy maybe he shouldn't work with headphones in, and asked him to help me. He had this young girl help me instead. She walks up to me with a menu and asks what I'd like to order. I'm not sure because she hasn't given me the menu yet so I ask if I can see it. I place my order, which includes soda. I ask if she can go easy on the ice and she immediately fills the cups almost to the top with ice. I ask her to please take some of the ice out. I wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes for my food, even though I am the only customer. Even with reduced ice my drink is now very watery but whatever, just get me out of here. Young girl gave me my food and I asked if utensils were inside but she immediately walked away. Cool Bartender Girl sees this, runs after her, asks her, runs back to me and says they are in there, and apologizes. I leave, go to the park, open my food, and discover that Young Girl didn't include ketchup with my piddly amount of fries. I eat my mediocre chicken sandwich and ketchupless fries, drink my watery warm diet coke, and ponder how Cool Bartender Girl keeps her sanity working there while stuffing my face with deep fried Oreos. If you see Cool Bartender Girl (short brown dreads, some tattoos, kinda tall), just order from her. Otherwise run! read more

We had a great time here on a Friday night at the beginning of Alice in BisbeeLand weekend here in Bisbee, Arizona. Most everyone was dressed for the evening (lots of playing cards, hats, and hearts) but we still felt like we were welcomed and fit right in, the demographic was perfect and included kids and few well behaved dogs and maybe some hallucinogens in keeping with the spirit of the evening. The Queen Of Hearts stuck a little red heart on my neck. Our bartender Kristin poured friendly and efficient drinks, your glass was only empty if you wanted it to be, and we stuck with pretty standard bar food which turned out to be anything but standard. Jalapeño poppers were house made and bacon wrapped, the nachos were vegetarian and amazing, and the pork chili was really good. The band, Littlecloud out of Tucson, Arizona sounded exceptional, killer accordion and vocals. read more

This a really cool spot in bisbee, it has everything you want. The place has a good beer selection on tap, free pool, bar food, good drinks and live music. Pretty much 4 days a week they have live music and the atmosphere here is super laid back. It's a good time here the staff is pleasant not too friendly but not irritating they do what they do. And they make good drinks that are cheap and strong. I recommend their bloody Mary because they use chiltepin water and it gives a nice kick. Also you have to live that they have a popcorn machine and you can serve yourself as much as you like. Really good spot and if you are in the mood for a drink or two and some good live music this is the spot. read more

You walk into the Bisbee Grand Saloon and you feel like you're walking into the wild west. Young manicured college-aged female bartenders who look like they also work at Hooters? Nope. The bartenders here probably wrangle cattle in their spare time. They also likely know how to shoot and will blast you out of their saloon if you cause any trouble (okay, maybe I stopped by Tombstone on this same trip). Drinks are cheap (no $14 snobbiness here for your mixed drinks), music is good (bangos when we visited!), and the friendly locals will strike up conversations with you about playing music on street corners during the day. A great little place to sit and have a few adult beverages. The service is fast and friendly, and they have the most yummy pear ale on tap....it was the best! Take advantage of the free popcorn and peanuts because the adjacent kitchen closes way too early for a Saturday night (8pm?!) so if you go in hungry, expect to eat your dinner out of a bowl if you get there too late.
