The exterior looks like a mix of three attractions: a restaurant, a museum, & a movie theater. I can't say if all three of those things are really in there, it's just an impression. I was invited to sit wherever I wanted, so I chose a table along the wall with a big TV right above me. I was greeted kindly, and given time to order my food, which I decided would be a couple fried eggs, hashbrowns, sausage patties, toast, & cheesy grits. They were so good, with the hashbrowns being, as my partner put it, "The best he's ever had!" I personally enjoyed the patties the most, and the grits the least. The grits were made in a way that the shredded cheese was sprinkled on top of the grits instead of mixed in it, and I do not prefer that style. It was still good, just not as good as others I've tried. So that's why I'm not docking points; why be super critical on one side dish when everything else was an A+? I liked the wholesome feel of the restaurant, like everybody knew each other, and the fact that it was pet-friendly was a bonus too. I was the first real craft beer bar in the area, wirh 18 beers on tap. Owners have changed hands a few times since and a kitchen now serves hot meals. The bar is historic and smells of musty western history. I walked on on a Tuesday night and ordered a chicken parmegan sandwich and a beer. I was told it would be a 25-minute wait. My server was efficient and polite. It was more like a 40-minute wait but it came out hot. Bread had a slight vinegary aftertaste and didnt have enough zest, but it was still good. Beer and sandwich came to $21 plus tax and tip.

If hot sauce, spices, salsas, marinades, and Bloody Mary mix are up your alley, then this is the place for you. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly. They want you to try everything, which is awesome. No one wants to buy a marinade or sauce just to get home and not like it. The store is small but organized extremely well from not hot, to blow your socks off. (I'm a blow your socks off kind of gal, so the far right of each table is where you'll find me.) I've tried 2 marinades, 2 salsas, 3 hot sauces, and both Bloody Mary mixes. And of course they are amazing but I already knew that because I tasted them all first.
