It's located in Copper Queen Plaza, which has several little shops and businesses so you can easily walk around and explore. I ordered the pizza and calamari and it was delicious. Everything came out fresh and flavorful. I'll definitely come back here the next time I'm in Bisbee.

I had my dog with me and was told I could sit inside, right by the entrance. Two other tables had just left. All the server asked me is if my dog was friendly. Yes, he was at his best behavior. I ordered a Frick'n chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were delicious! While I'm not fond of jalapenos, the few on the bun weren't overpowering. The chicken breast was large and the sauce, pickles, tomato slice and onions were plentiful. I got excellent service since it was just me and Hansel. The ambiance is old rustic, with an open ceiling and high rotating fans. I've been here before when the place was crowded and loud, but tonight was a quiet date night with my dog.

We have been waiting for over a year to try this exquisite gem of a restaurant in the Bisbee hamlet…read moreof Warren. Either it was closed, or our schedules didn't work. It was worth the wait, and our only regret is that we hadn't prioritized trying it sooner. Everything was magical, from the laid-back, hippie atmosphere of the street it resides on to the experience once inside the establishment. What makes this even more notable, and further enhances the experience, is the lack of similar dining establishments in deep southern Arizona. One can find fine dining in Tucson, over an hour away and far too far for a simple evening out. That's not to say there aren't decent or good restaurants in Cochise County. However, none excel in all aspects of an evening out experience, from greeting to service to the quality of the meal. We had a reservation and were seated immediately at the only table open in the restaurant. That is a plus for their table management. Within two minutes, our waiter appeared with water and bread. Expressing our joy at this proper start to the meal is impossible. In eight years of living in southern Arizona, we have often observed management and wait staff at other establishments taking five minutes or more to arrive at the table. That delay typically foreshadows a lack of basic service that follows. The bread basket featured freshly baked country bread, accompanied by a small plastic ramekin of butter. We would have enjoyed the butter served more elegantly, but that is a minor matter. The bread was excellent. We had heard that the restaurant's appetizers are a highlight and decided to try three: a fresh bacon, apple, arugula, and beet salad, Mussels Meuniere (which were specials), and Arancini. The salad was beautifully composed with just the right amount of dressing to highlight the flavors of the ingredients. The Arancini may have been the best I have ever had. Perfectly fried balls of tender risotto set in a delicious tomato sauce were an unexpected treat. The mussels, unfortunately, were the low point of the meal. Overcooked and rubbery mussels in a tepid sauce that lacked depth and flavor were a major disappointment. Still, that was the only disappointment of the evening and didn't detract from the rest of the meal. We chose two specials for our main course. My wife selected the Salmon topped with a deconstructed Clams Casino. I opted for chicken cutlets topped with eggplant and a dollop of pesto, served in a rich Roman mushroom tomato sauce. The Salmon was incredible. Perfectly cooked and nestled on a plate expertly nappeed with a sublime sauce, it alone excited the palate. But when topped with a well-made clam casino mixture, the dish became an epicurean delight. The chicken was masterfully prepared and was highlighted by the silky-textured eggplant that topped it. The Roman mushroom tomato sauce was well made, my only minor comment being that a different choice of mushrooms might have taken the dish to another level. That said, I would order it again, and probably will if it's on the menu when we return. The dessert selection had me wishing for a larger stomach. Every item on the menu and the specials board looked enticing. We settled on a Basque Cheese cake with blackberries and bananas. We could not have asked for a finer way to end the evening. Perfectly cooked, silky cheesecake in a subtle white sauce and topped with dollops of fresh whipped cream provided just the right amount of sweet and tart to end the meal. A very good keyboard player was live throughout our visit singing location appropriate songs like "The Gambler" by Kenny Rogers. We were seated by the host with newspaper style menus. The menu includes pub fare including apps, salads, sandwiches, burgers and personal size pizza. There is a kids menu, but it's not really a kid venue. It's quite loud and there are paintings and photos of nudes scattered throughout. Also, no diaper station, just fyi. Food was good and it came out in reasonable time. My bbq brisket sandwich was lean and the sauce well balanced. I upgraded my side to a salad. It was a good portion size and fresh with dressing on the side. There are limited 'sit down/table service' places to dine in the historic area of tombstone. This one is lively, right in the heart of the area. Gift shop on the lower level, down a steep circular staircase, has a lot on offer. Boots to hats and under things. Toys, jewelry, accessories and tshirts. The back room is preserved as it was with a hole down to a mine (that is blocked up now). Restrooms are older but clean, located at the back where you'll find a veterans memorial hallway and atm machine. Parking on side streets or public lot.

People are friendly, live music is great, and it's just an all around good time. If you could only go to one restaurant in Tombstone, come here!!

You order at a counter here and the line was a bit long, but moved in good time. To say the place is basic is an understatement. Staff is friendly and efficient so things do move along. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with a spicy mac and cheese side, plus a lemonade. It came as a 'meal' with one price, and on the higher price side too. After sitting down the meal arrived pronto, in almost a shockingly short time. So they obviously have it down pat. The sandwich was just OK. A bit dry and on a plain bun it didn't hit the mark. The sauce was not that impressive either. Ths side of mac and cheese was slightly better, but not as spicy as I had hoped. It gets rave reviews from the locals. Hmmm. I'd try this place again but it's not going to rise above being what it is, a simple and rather underwhelming BBQ joint.

The host actually went over the daily specials, explained some menu items, and pointed out where the restrooms were. Exceptional service. My waiter came over soon after and took my drink order and brought the drink right away, and then took my food order. I was really hungry so I ordered the CFS skillet, and holy hell this was a ton of food. I ordered my potatoes extra crispy and that they were, they were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious, and there were plenty of them. My dippy eggs were absolutely perfect and beautiful to look at. Also hot and delicious. The CFS definitely tasted processed and pre frozen, but it was huge, and it was ok. The gravy was ok but could be more flavorful. The toast was rye toast and it was fresh and tasty. Overall this was a solid meal, and I would probably get it again. Now be advised if you order this before 11:00am it comes with hash browns, after 11:00am it comes with fried country potatoes. I recommend this place if you're in Tombstone and hungry.
