The exterior looks like a mix of three attractions: a restaurant, a museum, & a movie theater. I can't say if all three of those things are really in there, it's just an impression. I will say that I am glad I took at chance at trying their food at a time when I was seriously hungry. I was invited to sit wherever I wanted, so I chose a table along the wall with a big TV right above me. I was greeted kindly, and given time to order my food, which I decided would be a couple fried eggs, hashbrowns, sausage patties, toast, & cheesy grits. They were so good, with the hashbrowns being, as my partner put it, "The best he's ever had!" I personally enjoyed the patties the most, and the grits the least. The grits were made in a way that the shredded cheese was sprinkled on top of the grits instead of mixed in it, and I do not prefer that style. It was still good, just not as good as others I've tried. So that's why I'm not docking points; why be super critical on one side dish when everything else was an A+? I liked the wholesome feel of the restaurant, like everybody knew each other, and the fact that it was pet-friendly was a bonus too. A couple came in with three cute dogs, and that just made me super happy (not to mention, it WAS on my birthday too). I would come here again if I return to Bisbee.

Much more quiet and had a musician playing the guitar! Our Server was Laurel and she explained the daily specials and answered questions about the menu. We ordered the sampler which came with artichokes wrapped in bacon, dates and red peppers stuffed with cream cheese. I could have eaten like five more samplers because they were that good. For dinner, I order the Penne pasta with spicy sausage. My husband ordered the lamb meatballs, which came with couscous and chickpeas in a very mild curry sauce, which was perfect even for me. I don't need lamb and I'm not big on curry and I thought his dish was delicious. We had the creme brule for dessert and that was great as well. For drinks I ordered a Matador Rose (tequila, rose, tamarind and grapefruitz) and hubby had the Excalibur (Bourbon, blackberry, bitters). I ordered the mussels, one of my favorite dishes, while my girlfriend had the artichoke and mushroom lasagna. For dessert we shared the crème brûlée and a caramel nut tart with mascarpone. Both of us have traveled extensively, eaten at many excellent restaurants around the world, and this was genuinely one of the better meals we've had. The restaurant is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, the food was exceptional, and the service matched it perfectly. Everyone stared at my children because they were not supposed to be in there, but I didn't allow my children to pee their pants so I didn't allow them to use the restroom. As soon as we walked in to the area that once allowed children for years prior, we were scolded for children being there. A simple professional explanation of the rules being changed would do, we would respect that. The manager there that also Bartends has always been rude, anytime we've been in there we've been going for years, when we have, she has consistently been rude. There's a difference between being stern and professional and being flat out rude, myself or my family did not deserve to be treated that way. But if you like a place that is not family friendly has no band on Saturday when advertised for a band this is a spot just for you.
