That eliminates dinner hours, which I find odd. I came in at 2:45pm on a Saturday and there were three other tables of customers. I sat at a table for two since I came in Sola. No one was in the bar area. Music was playing faintly in the background. I ordered iced tea and a green chicken enchilada platter, which arrived hot and fast on a heavy porcelain plate. I'm used to something resembling a "dip"......this was clearly along the lines of a fresh, cold, soup......all dolled up with fresh stuff in a giant molcajete. Now, I wanted to eat all of it! But I'm gonna guess this had at LEAST a pound of shrimp in it. I eat a lot, but I'd have been able to share this easily! I made it to all but a few onions and like three shrimp.......and just had to stop. Will I go back for the hotdogs? Hell yes I will! Probably tonight...... Will I heartily explore this Mariscos menu? Some of you surely are saying... "Wait, who the hell orders sushi in a landlocked state at the Mexican border??" I would agree with you, but enter Yuma and some of their offerings. I digress. I ordered through a food courier app, so I can't comment on the service or ambience, but as far as the food.... I ordered the top 3 rated items from their menu. It reminded me of something made with nothing. Like you are crying for real, fresh & traditional sushi & Mexican Mama would say "No, we have sushi at home", but your Ma has never stepped foot in a sushi place in her life & would never understand the concept of sashimi vs nigiri.
